Guys I swear to the car look like complete crap when we picked it up... we pointed out things that were wrong. Paint started bubbling with in 3 weeks and they said it was from the heat and then it getting cold like what? And then certain things on the care were NOT as they were when they picked it up. I believe they took from our car to put onto the other car! We had before the day they picked it up on the wrecker and pics of it after they got done. The noise never went away in the motor or front end they never could find it or hear it lol we had recordings. We called and tried to keep up with them to find out what they found out and it was always we are still waiting we will call you back lmao never got a call. Except for 2 weeks after the last call we made with evidence sent over bam they called and left a message. They had our rental car missed up and had it at the other location and so the guy that was at fault ins denied the rental claim until they figured that out. The lady was very rude even my husband was like how hard is it to get keys mixed up and cars mixed up even if they were all the same on the lot tags and vins are different and damage is going to be different lol. Therefore, I also did not chose to have it repaired instead of replaced. That makes no sense as the quote was for the repairs however they are to be done. Of course I would want the top to be replaced if necessary. It also was Never explained to me that without replacement it would not look new - conversation absolutely NEVER happened. Yes, minor scratches that Collision Center caused were buffed out. The major deep scratches on my door that CC caused were not buffed out because the shop scratched too deep. It was Collision Center choice to not replace the roof of my car and Collision Center choice to not repair the damage to my door that occurred at their shop.

I stopped by Collision Center of Lubbock and one of the adjusters there did a very accurate detailed description of the work they would perform. She printed out the estimate and walked me through the whole process. At that point i was so impressed that i told her to order the parts and move ahead with the repair. My truck was there about three weeks. It took a lot of work to take off the box and do it back to factory specifications. The GM (Daniel) and owner (Lowell) both made sure that the truck was to my 100% satisfaction. When i picked it up it looked better than off the showroom floor. These are fine people that did me right.

We came here and talked to Carrie and they offered a free estimate and cut the cost in half. They were willing to work with our budget and use second hand parts and take any unnecessary cost off.
