Rob and Darryl came out on Friday and started digging into the problem. After working in my yard for a couple of hours it turns out not only did I have a leak, all my sprinkler heads needed to be replaced. (No, I wasn't surprised by this!) He did not have the heads with him that need to be used in my yard, so they fixed one leak and Rob told he he would return on Monday or Tuesday with the correct sprinkler heads and finish fixing the system. Imagine my surprise when he texted me Saturday morning saying he had the stuff and would be by to finish all the repairs! Robert and Darryl showed up just a few minutes later and proceeded to fix 6 or 7 leaks in the pipes, and replaced all the crappy sprinkler heads with new, awesome sprinkler heads. These guys worked tirelessly in the heat and got everything done! My front yard sprinkler system works like magic! All the work was done neatly, both Ron an Darryl are very kind and friendly, and the price was unbeatable! If you need anything done on your sprinkler system, I highly recommend Robert Walker Sprinkler Repair & Landscaping. Absolutely the BEST customer service I have ever encountered!! P.S. As an extra added bonus, Rob and Darryl popped by this morning (Monday) and fertilized my front yard! I'm blown away!!

I found Mark with Urban Ecoscapes by requesting a quote through Yelp. He informed me of the game plan on the drip irrigation install and made me feel comfortable with the project. He's honest and a contractor full of integrity (something hard to find these days). Mark completed the drip irrigation install in 1 day as planned. We found out that my original valve wasn't working and he had it replaced and installed within 2 days. Not only is his company's work of high quality, his pricing is incredibly fair for the market. I received multiple quotes for the project, and Mark's proposal was detailed where I didn't feel like I was going to be blind sided by a change order. Did I mention he provides a workman ship guarantee? In addition, Mark set me up with the top of the line Rachio WiFi controller with little to no mark up. Mark and his crew diligently made sure that the sprinkler system was working perfectly before leaving the job site. If you're lookin be for an easily approachable, we'll communicating landscape contractor, do look no further! Mark with Urban EcoScapes should be your choice!

We also had a high water bill and didn't know if it had anything to do with the sprinklers because we had such a confusing irrigation control system with multiple pumps on the property. We hired Urban Ecoscapes to do an audit of our system. Mark the owner and his crew came out and thoroughly checked our system and provided us a detailed report of how the system was running and repairs/improvements needed. On top of the report, he also made sure the sprinkler heads were aligned correctly and not wasting water on spraying the pavements and made sure the drip line were all functional and correctly positioned. He then provided us a very reasonable quote to replace the defective pump and replace the system controller with a very easy to use Rachio controller which you can download to your phone and control the system wirelessly. We are planning on utilizing Mark and his crew to change the soft and hardscaping around the house. It should be noted that Mark was the third landscaper I called to fix the irrigation system. I paid the previous one to schedule my irrigation system and Mark found out the system was turning on for 30 minutes seven days a week. Hence, my Tier 3 water bill. We wholeheartedly recommend Mark and Urban Ecoscapes!

David, your response contains factual statements that are not accurate, and I have timestamped…read morecamera footage documenting the timeline. The installation did not take three days. The main installation began Monday and was essentially completed that same day. Two workers returned briefly Tuesday morning, after which you told me the project was finished and collected my final payment. You also previously told me that you returned Monday to check the work. I reviewed my camera footage and could find no evidence that you returned that day. Your statement that I "could not be bothered" is also false and insulting. I was working at my job. In fact, I interrupted a work meeting and went outside when I saw your crew accessing my underground sprinkler area. I hired you to manage this project and supervise your crew. I was not supposed to repeatedly leave my own job to supervise yours. As for your statement that I "expressed satisfaction at the final walkthrough," I took a quick look while I was between work meetings and, at first glance, the new pavers looked nice. That does not mean I accepted problems I had not yet had an opportunity to discover. You specifically gave me three days to inspect the completed work and report any problems. I reported the problems the very next day. What you also did not tell me when you collected my final payment was that you were about to leave for a week-long vacation. I learned that only after I contacted you about the problems I discovered. Your statement that every issue was addressed by your company is also not accurate. During the original installation, a sprinkler was damaged and my gardener repaired it. After you returned from vacation and moved the drain that had been installed in the wrong location, a second sprinkler line was damaged. I ultimately hired and paid my own sprinkler professional to repair that damage because, by that point, I no longer wanted you or your crew working on my property. There were also workmanship issues with the pavers, including the area around my custom-built catio, where the door was left jammed and unable to open properly, poorly cut pavers, and an area that was not flat or level. My backyard was left with sand everywhere, construction debris, dug-up grass and even the crew's lunch trash. I stand by my review and my description of my experience. I have photographs, messages and timestamped camera footage documenting both the condition of my property and the timeline described above.
