Rob and Darryl came out on Friday and started digging into the problem. After working in my yard for a couple of hours it turns out not only did I have a leak, all my sprinkler heads needed to be replaced. (No, I wasn't surprised by this!) He did not have the heads with him that need to be used in my yard, so they fixed one leak and Rob told he he would return on Monday or Tuesday with the correct sprinkler heads and finish fixing the system. Imagine my surprise when he texted me Saturday morning saying he had the stuff and would be by to finish all the repairs! Robert and Darryl showed up just a few minutes later and proceeded to fix 6 or 7 leaks in the pipes, and replaced all the crappy sprinkler heads with new, awesome sprinkler heads. These guys worked tirelessly in the heat and got everything done! My front yard sprinkler system works like magic! All the work was done neatly, both Ron an Darryl are very kind and friendly, and the price was unbeatable! Please note this time frame doesn't include cement to cure and sealer time. This is extend by weather and cement which can not be controlled by no one. Steve was professional and on time. He returned all text messages and calls in the same day.. This project was the best experience in construction I have ever had. Please note that we have a phase II planed in 6 months for additional cement on the side of the house.. We are actually looking forward to our second project with Steve. We know he will get the job done with high quality... We are also getting turf, landscaping and a water feature... This consisted of drains, dirt removal, electrical 220 for spa and pavers on the side of the house. We also have a planter which consisted of a raised brick wall.. Sight unseen, he spoke to my wife and start charge of $375 install the simplest of timers Orbit makes ($40 new timer, six stations) to replace existing timer: No rewiring required and located in same exact spot as existing old time. He did it very quickly. But, after his leaving I tried to get his attention to answer questions, he called me back while in my Doctor's office preping for a CT scan. I told him I couldn't talk, he persisted, but I couldn't get him to call later. Next day I called him asking him to call me, to address questions I had on the setup and functionality of the timer. A week later, I haven't heard from him.
