NB Yoga is a boutique studio - it's not very big but it has all the necessities that you would need to have a healthy practice. Each class seems to be able to fit 8 people or so, so make sure to sign up ahead of time if you can. The class I took was Flow Yoga. I typically go more to high energy vinyasa yoga classes so at first, I wasn't sure if this class would be intense enough for me. However, I really appreciated the slower cadence as it allowed me to focus more on my alignment and practice more mindfulness than I usually am able to. I would especially recommend this class to beginner yogis. If you're tired of the overly hyped yoga studios, or large classes where you're just lost in the crowd, I would highly recommend checking out NB Yoga.

Bottom line: If anyone is here looking to solve substance-related issues, I'd strongly encourage you to look for help through a conventional medical provider, especially if you have health insurance. That approach will take more time and effort on your part, but the data shows that it usually pays off if you're willing to do the work. I paid almost nothing for a comprehensive program at Kaiser which used a multi-modal approach and led to a lasting solution (16 months and counting as of today) for my problems. For me, Eric's services were a waste of many hundreds of dollars. Spending the same amount on out of pocket sessions with a cognitive behavioral therapist would have yielded a better outcome.
