Each class seems to be able to fit 8 people or so, so make sure to sign up ahead of time if you can. The class I took was Flow Yoga. I typically go more to high energy vinyasa yoga classes so at first, I wasn't sure if this class would be intense enough for me. However, I really appreciated the slower cadence as it allowed me to focus more on my alignment and practice more mindfulness than I usually am able to. I would especially recommend this class to beginner yogis. That approach will take more time and effort on your part, but the data shows that it usually pays off if you're willing to do the work. I paid almost nothing for a comprehensive program at Kaiser which used a multi-modal approach and led to a lasting solution (16 months and counting as of today) for my problems. For me, Eric's services were a waste of many hundreds of dollars. Spending the same amount on out of pocket sessions with a cognitive behavioral therapist would have yielded a better outcome.
