There's been times where I've had to take my child outside in 20 or below degree weather with no clothes because of lack of communication. He's been injured and no one bothered to tell me about it or knew what happened, brand new clothes have been lost, stolen or damaged and no one has done anything to resolve it. I've been very patient with this school but I honestly feel they need to be reported.

Very disappointed... My soon to be 3 yr old & family are sad…read moretoday because this particular location seems to set tours & accept "free discovery" days?... Something told me to call prior to leaving my driveway (talk about a mother's intuition)... The director didn't know what I was talking about & did not seem to care for any assistance on another near by location. Just wanted to get off the phone pretty much. As a single mother trying to do what's best for my children while creating beautiful 1st experience memories for my babies; having to tell my toddler last minute that she's not going to her discovery day was dreadful. I am very displeased with this location! I know God works in mysterious ways so we are going to take this with a pinch of sugar feeling as though if this is the type of "unprofessional/ lack of communication" we'd be receiving if our baby attended... it's definitely not one we'd want her to attend. I pray other's of you have a better and safe experience. God bless

However, after discovering that staff had slapped my child on the hand and bringing this to their attention, everything changed. Instead of taking accountability, they chose to remove my son from the program. I removed my original review and am posting this updated one because parents deserve to know the truth. It is beyond unacceptable that any form of abuse is tolerated in a daycare setting. And instead of making things right, they also kept my full week's payment without issuing a refund -- which is nothing short of theft. As a Black mother and an educated woman, I will not be silenced, intimidated, or "talked down" to with empty words. If necessary, I will take legal action. Parents need to understand what kind of environment this is, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this daycare to anyone. Thankfully, by the grace of God, I have since found a 24-hour daycare in the area with fair rates, professional staff, and a nurturing atmosphere where both children and parents are treated with genuine respect. Bottom line: Grayson Academy is not the safe, trustworthy place they claim to be. Parents, please be cautious

Extremely disappointed and concerned as a mother…read more As a mother, I trusted The Little Gym of Lawrenceville to provide a safe, respectful, and emotionally supportive environment for my 2-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. On July 28, 2025, my daughter was verbally attacked by another adult inside the classroom. This woman shouted directly at my daughter, treated her harshly, and even snatched an object out of her hands. When I respectfully addressed the situation, I was also yelled at and disrespected by that same adult -- in front of other parents. Even worse, the instructor present did nothing to intervene, later telling me, "I was with other kids and couldn't do anything." I submitted a notarized formal complaint and demanded action within 48 hours. Instead of a resolution, I received delays, vague responses, and excuses. To this day, no apology has been issued, no action has been taken, and my child's emotional safety has been ignored. I have since canceled my membership and strongly urge other parents to think twice before trusting this location. Children deserve protection, not silence.
