When I was referred to this company by my realtor I was looking forward to the service just from…read morereading the reviews. I was in need of reputable cleaning service. However, it's been a real disappointment as I have completely just been ghosted. My appointment for a home cleaning was scheduled for yesterday at noon. I received a text within an hour of that appointment saying they couldn't make it due to car troubles. I didn't mind and was understanding of the situation. We agreed to reschedule the cleaning for today at 830am. By 9am I called twice, left a voicemail and even text messages with no response. It's now 2pm and I've still yet to receive a text or call back. My plans to sell my house have been pushed back another week or two. I would have appreciated it if the company could have just reached out saying they couldn't make it today. They wasted a lot of my time, and I'm really disappointing with their customer service. Look elsewhere if you want better communication!

We have two huskies so you can imagine the hair build up. Izza was quick to respond to messages and worked within our budget. I feel so much more comfortable in my home now. Thank you!!!!

Well at first I was impressed with the move out cleaning we got until I looked closer…read more The good was the oven and range were cleaner than I could have ever made them. The bad was a few missed drawers, walls that should have been wiped down, and our sink was not shiny at all it had a dull film of whatever was used covering it. The worst part was the destruction of property. I had mentioned we left some items there but they were all out of her way on shelves. Also if the comforter was still damp she could start dryer again but just leave the comforter in the dryer. She decides to take it upon herself to pack everything up for us in the boxes we left. Using our tape to seal the bottoms. In one I have the still damp comforter shoved in the box along with very wrinkly sheets. The box is bulging at the sids ruining the integrity of the box. In box number two there is laundry supplies photos and at the bottom completely destroyed my husbands movie poster... it is ripped and wrinkled... we had left the poor thing nicely rolled up and rubber banded on the shelve out of the way if she had just left everything like I told her this wouldn't have happened. Also we left oven cleaner, wood cleaner, and stainless steel cleaner all of which she took. She offered to return them... but who takes your cleaning supplies??

They did the big stuff: swept and mopped the floors, countertops, toilets; but it was the attention to detail that had me in awe! They organized the weights on the floor of the basement, they lined up the cat food bowls, they wipes the top of every frame in the house. They vacuumed the couch for goodness sake!! The thing that spoke volumes to me is how they treated my cat. She is a friendly cat so she was out and about while they were here. Any time she got in the way, they would gently scoop her up and move her. She actually hung out with them quite a bit, got lots of pets and was very comfortable. I am a believer that animals know good people and she loved them! The only question we have is, when do we have them back?

I dont know what I'd do without them. They have done special projects a few times for us now too. I think they'd help us do anything needed without complaint! They have rotated through some different workers and every single person they have sent us have all been amazingly nice and super fast and so helpful. I've been using this company for house cleaning past few months and they do great job every time…read more At first my house had renovation on flooring so I called them to clean entire house and dust everything including window sills & tracks. I was very happy with their work so I am now under regular schedule monthly for house cleaning as well as before party event so my guests would think I was such good housewife, but I actually had Jessica and her team did the cleaning the day before lol. For scheduling, it was fast and easy: I just need to send a few text messages and that's it. My advice for everyone out there is that, (although you don't have to), you should be as specific as possible on what you need/want for cleaning. I just show them when they come in, and ask them later if I or they miss something. Then the result will be a sparkling clean and shiny house.
