Grace was our trainer, we hired her to help with our dog reactive German shepherd. While she was a good trainer, that was only in the times we actually saw her. We had a total of 2 sessions with her and 1 group session led by another man (which consisted of us walking in a circle and performing moving stops for about an hour. Primary focus was small puppies, so really I had just signed my morning away to walk in a circle and watch other people get talked to.) We tried to schedule another session with Grace, as the promise was that the training wasn't over regardless of time, only when the training goal had been accomplished, and I had concerns that my dog was still not at a point to call our training complete. Unfortunately, Grace just. Never responded. We reached out twice, both with no response. We paid 1400 and find it ridiculous that this was the professionalism we got. We cut our losses on the price and continued training on our own, to which we've made decent progress. The price was not worth the training.

Trainers & customers starting a confrontation with the patrons at a dog park

This company is horrible!! They are rude, aggressive, and confrontational. They openly yell at by-passers. They threaten dogs & their owners. They allow the owners of dogs being trained to rudely yell and be confrontational. We were at a dog park that we go to everyday & this company was there. There was no warning at the dog park that they would be shooting blanks as part of their training. Other dogs that attend this park were forced to leave because of the noise. They repeatedly threatened to shoot our dogs. They seemed unconcerned about threatening, that their dogs would attack our dogs. They were beriding all patrons of the park as they entered the park. This company needs to be held accountable. Please read the reviews before you decide on a trainer for your dog. There are many reputable dog trainers in the valley, that won't steal your or treat you like you are scum.

I am so glad I went forward with choosing 7F dog trainer to help with discipline our Doberman mixed puppy. My goal was to have a walking companion to go on long and relaxing walks with. My sweet boy is such a joy to walk with, and he's only 7 months old. I definitely recommend this company, especially Grace, to be your trainer if you need it. Thank you 7F team for your help and guidance with our sweet Dani Boy.

Grace did an amazing job training my Whippet Nala! She provided videos of Nala during her sessions which I found helpful for follow up training at home. I'm very happy with the results and the ongoing reinforcement classes! I highly recommend Grace and 7F, she truly loves what she does!

Nope nope and nope. Any type of dog training business run by Tim Smith or Dawn Smith is shady. They close down businesses and open up under new name so that bad reviews don't follow them but guess what-yes, they do. This is my review when they operated under ECS Dogs over five years ago. If you look up ECS Dogs, you'll see the over truth of these guys. Do not trust your fur babies with them.

100% recommend. We got the 3 private sessions and 1 yr access to group training. They are very good trainers. 1 hour training every session with other dogs. We've learned a lot. This training reached beyond our expectations. They taught us how to handle our dog in stressful situations. We always apply the trainings we do at home and it definitely paid off the money we paid for. We have a 2 year old pit bull. She used to pull us whenever we walked her, always reacting to dogs. She didn't listen to us at all. And after few months of group training. She now knows how to heel, come, off and a lot more commands we use. We can control her with other dogs around her. We use the weekly group training to expose her to distractions with other dogs. Our dog Fry came along way. With 6 months of group training. We are very proud of her and we thank 7f for guiding us.

Great day with group.very knowledgeable. He really learning to pay more attention then on others. Learned lots. Thank you.

Super responsive when they want to take your money. Then they have an amazing vanishing act. No return to phone calls or messages, assigned trainer "no longer with them". Absolute frauds

A Training Program That Truly Follows the Dog - Exceptional Transferable Guarantee!…read moreMy husband Jim and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bark Busters! We fostered Willow, a Labradoodle, intending to find him a forever home, but we completely "failed" at fostering and fell in love with him. Willow's previous owner had invested in Bark Busters Gold Service training before we adopted him. As a disabled Veteran, Jim has found Willow to be an incredible mental health support, and we wanted to ensure we continued his training properly. A Guarantee That Truly Puts Dogs First: What truly sets Bark Busters apart is their remarkable Life of Dog Support Guarantee, which is transferable when a dog is re-homed! This transferable guarantee demonstrates Bark Busters' genuine commitment to the dogs they train, not just their clients. They understand dogs may change homes and built a system ensuring those dogs receive lifelong support. This is virtually unheard of in the dog training industry! Seamless Support: We contacted Bark Busters to learn about Willow's training, and they made the transfer process incredibly smooth. Their focus was clearly on Willow's wellbeing and ensuring continuity in his care. They taught us the Bark Busters method - natural dog communication using body language and voice control that Willow already understood. No treats, no harsh corrections, no complicated equipment. The Results: Thanks to their transferable guarantee and guidance, we've maintained Willow's excellent behavior and strengthened our bond tremendously. The relationship between Jim and Willow has flourished, making an incredible difference in Jim's daily life and wellbeing. Lifetime Peace of Mind: We can contact our certified trainer anytime new issues arise - for Willow's entire life. As he grows and faces new challenges, we have peace of mind knowing professional help is available. Even if we relocate, the guarantee moves with us! Our Recommendation: If you're struggling with dog behavior issues, we wholeheartedly recommend Bark Busters. They work with any breed, age, and issue. Their trainers are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping families. Most impressive: their Life of Dog Support Guarantee is transferable when a dog finds a new home. That forward-thinking policy shows incredible integrity and true commitment to every dog they train. It's a game-changer for rescue or adopted dogs. Willow is a well-behaved, happy companion, and thanks to Bark Busters' transferable lifetime guarantee, we have confidence and support to continue his success. We're so grateful for their innovative approach ensuring every dog receives lifelong support, regardless of circumstances! - Jim & Tammy Proud parents of Willow the Labradoodle

If you're looking for a knowledgeable and professional dog trainer, Nick brings both expertise and clarity to the process. His approach gave us the confidence to move forward with one of his puppy training packages. The group sessions have been incredibly valuable--providing structure, socialization, and meaningful growth for Koa. We're especially grateful for the one-on-one guidance Nick has given us, helping us confidently reinforce commands and build strong obedience skills at home and on walks. We've seen tremendous improvement, particularly in managing Koa's over-the-top excitement when greeting people and other dogs. Content K9s also offers boarding and training to their clients, so having that option during our recent 2 1/2-week international trip gave us complete peace of mind. Koa was clearly well cared for, and we returned to a happy, well-adjusted pup. Nick and the Content K9s team deliver professional, effective, and thoughtful dog training. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for puppy training, obedience training, or behavioral support.

But after the third visit, my dog came home injured and passed out for the entire night, which I don't think is very healthy. I got mixed responses on why he might have come home with a limp that lasted about 4 days in the end. It made me think that they weren't watching the dogs properly and there's very little down time for these dogs. Since I can't trust them to watch my dog and make sure that he doesn't get hurt, we've moved on to another place. By the way I've been to several other daycares in town and this never happened so having it happen on only day three of coming here is pretty concerning. Plus it should probably be a red flag that any place charges extra for you to watch what's happening on a webcam so you know what's happening at this place. That would have been very helpful for me to understand what happened to have to keep my dog at home for 5 days to recover.

She's still getting better but even if this is was all the improvement she made I would honestly be totally content with the results. Additionally, their prices are really reasonable compared to other places. My recommendation to get the best bang for your buck is to do the 3 week training program at their facility while coordinating with an extended vacation you might be planning. Their price is in the same ballpark as an upscale boarding house, except you get the huge benefit of the training and attention for the pooch! The team is also very personable and flexible, being very gracious with their schedule when I needed some follow up training sessions to make sure I was reenforcing the training properly. I also always was left feeling secure that these guys are dog lovers and my precious gal was in caring hands when I was out of town. All in all, I sincerely was very happy with my experience and have already recommended them to several of my friends.
