The server had a bit of a hard time remembering who had what, but with some direction, everything was delivered eventually. The food was nice. We had the Lahori fried fish, nicely spiced, fish cooked really well. My partner and I shared the Combo 2 with white meat chicken kahari, beef kebab, and garlic naan. The chicken was cooked very well. The curry paste was tasty. The kahari was served in a large metal bowl, very nice touch. I really enjoyed the kebab as well. The naan was factory made, not fresh. That was a bit disappointing. My fraise rose was delicious. My partner had a mango lassi and said it was acceptable but a bit too thick. The meal had a good spice level throughout. The portions are generous and very filling. Good value for money, however the menu does not make it clear that most dishes seem to be intended for sharing. At the end of the meal, it took some time for dessert to come out (included with the meal), and it seems only some people were asked if they wanted tea or coffee, our side of the table was not. Towards the end, the server simply stood at the other end of the table and asked, generally, if anyone wants anything else. The service might have been better on a busier day, but at 1pm on a Sunday, it was lacking a bit, and we felt a little bit like an inconvenience, even though we were the only people there. We would go back, just maybe for an evening date.

The pieces of lamb were large and mainly fat/bones - not what you would expect of a traditional lamb karahi. Prices are reasonable and the location is quite convenient (there is some parking directly in front of the restaurant). I had called in this lunch order when the restaurant opened for the day and the chicken biryani they gave was a few days old and sitting outside, definitely not fresh. By the time I took it home and consumed it, it was smelling and tasting funny. My family was sick from eating this biryani and everyone was using the bathroom for the next two days from food poisoning. We didn't even finish it and I threw it all out. It was disgusting and one of the worst food experiences I've had. I truly would NOT RECOMMEND anyone eat food from this restaurant because they clearly will give their customers old food. It's very disrespectful and deceitful to give customers food that is old and has spoiled. My advice to anyone considering eating here: SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
