You can say I am very picky with my hair and lost my hairstylist as she relocated to California and I have been on a 3 year hunt for a new hair stylist and I found her! I bought a Groupon for $19 that included a hair cut & deep conditioning. I thought I would have to be in a long wait list to get an appointment but I called 3 days prior and they were able to squeeze me in on a Friday. I was surprised that the owner, Gayle of the salon was going to be doing my hair, thinking that she would not want to do it because I bought it through Groupon. I brought some pictures for her to have an idea what I wanted, she listened and advised me of what would be best as I have some cowlicks in the back. Once she was done I absolutely LOVED it and will definetely go back with Gayle. I went yesterday for a haircut, conditioning and color and absolutely love how it all came out. I have dark brown/black hair and 3/4 was a auburn red from previous coloring. I wanted a copper red and came out as good if not better than what I asked for. Fleur took her time and made sure the color all blended well. This is the worse haircut I've ever got. It's completely uneven one side is two inches shorter and the front is longer than the sides. The layers are completely uneven and choppy. I now have to pay for another salon to fix this mess and lose more inches off my hair. It's the worst haircut and I wasted money on this. My nail technician was completely incompetent and rude. This is the worst manicure and gel nail I've ever. I would not return. I am giving one star for comfy chairs for the pedicure and friendly front desk. Absolutely disappointed... The attitude and overall vibe was so negative (owner fighting with two employees in front of the customers). During my pedicure she cut my nails down so short and uneven, and she did not touch my calluses. I hate writing negative reviews, but this was the worst manicure and pedicure I've gotten in years, and I left there bleeding. The manicure hurt terribly, bled for over an hour. read more

Salon is nice. Came specifically for brisa gel and or CND gel manicure. Tech was super nice but will not be back. Paid $50 dollars with a $10 tip and when I seen my manicure in the natural light the look and feel is wavy, best way to describe it. Maybe the tech isn't used to this?? I really liked this place. I took advantage of a Groupon deal that included mani-pedi with paraffin for $20. And I loved my mani-pedi!!! The Ucranian girl that did it was so nice and attentive I'm sure I'll be going back soon. I wanted to tried something different (wild and sexy, to be precise), and she recommended me a strong color (between purple and black). I was a little hesitant at the beginning, but I agreed. Next thing I'm watching The Oscars and see my favorite actress, Natalie Portman, wearing the same nail color in the Red Carpet. Hmmm.... Good call. After arriving 10 mins late I was promptly greeted and taken by Jessie. He worked hard on my thick hair for 6 long hours giving me the treatment I deserve. The overall product was sexy young hair which my husband is drooling over! Jessie is capable and talented! I'm very pleased and will be a return customer. Gail, you SUCK! If I could give you a negative 10 stars, I would have. You can't cut women's hair if your life depended on it. How can someone, an owner of a salon for 9 years, be so awful and take no pride in her work? Now I remembere why I left 9 years ago and came back, in error, because I purchased a groupon and later realized it's that salon. People Have been asking me if I cut the hair myself. It seems that in the back of my head, around the crown, it looks like a hole! I would have never known it if people would not ask me "what's that?" The front looks like a mouse ran around in my hair and munched on it here and there!! You shoul be ashamed of yourself!! I went to get my highlights done to my regular hairdresser and all she kept on saying is: "who was the idiot to do something like that!" She can't fix it until it grows out. Never again! I came here for a pedicure with a friend. We came on a Sunday and we didn't really have to wait, which was great. Our nail technicians were friendly and nice. However, the things they use for manicures (which is what my friend got) is outdated. The machines they use to dry nails is a small fan and only one person can use it at a time. My biggest complaint is the bad attitude of the owner. She was rude to both customers and the nail technicians. She doesn't seem to respect anyone, and I think it would be in her best interest to give herself an attitude check, especially with paying customers. Will I come back? Bad experience over all. I got a groupon for a mani/pedi, called the salon and made an appt. on the day of my appt. I received a call from the salon asking of I could come in 30 minutes later than my original appointment time because they were running behind. When I finally got there (30minutes after my original appt time) I was told by the receptionist that it would be about an hour late. Being that I was pressed on time and did not have the time to just sit there and waste an hour I asked the receptionist if there was anything that could be done and she did not find a solution and gave me an attitude. 770 Salon Miami has a new satisfied customer. I bought a groupon for full highlights (it included deep conditioning, haircut and style). Having just recently moved from NY I was hesitant at first to try out a random stylist but my hair desperately needed a change and I was on a budget so i bought the groupon and made an appointment. When I called to make the appointment I told them upfront that i had a groupon and they didn't hesitate to give me an appointment that same weekend. My stylist Darius is amazing; he listened to what I wanted and then gave his opinion without being pushy and overpowering (i've had stylists trying to do whatever THEY want on MY hair...that's a big no no for me). I told him that i wanted to lighten my hair a bit (although that wasn't part of the package, i was willing to pay a bit more...and he worked out a very comfortable price)...We discussed what my main concern was and we decided that my best option was to lighten my hair a bit to a light brown and get full highlights that BLEND in (i don't like big, obvious, tacky highlights). I liked that while Darius was working on my hair he wasn't all in my business...we had light conversation here and there but he wasn't intrusive. I must say also, that i love the fact that Gayle (the owner) was very involved in the process and i noticed that she always checked on all her customers making sure everything was going great and put her two cents whereever needed. Its all about customer satisfaction! the conclusion...once my hair was cut and styled I absolutely loooved the outcome but had one concern. I thought the highlights made my hair look a bit lighter than what i wanted...everybody reasurred me that it wasn't "blondish" or too light but i wasn't all that comfortable with it. Gayle said to go out and see my hair in the different lights of the day and if i thought it was still too light then i could go back and they would fix it for me. That night, i had dinner with friends and everybody loved my hair and no one thought it was too light. the next morning at work, i was still uneasy about my hair being "too light" so i called the salon and made an appointment for that evening and gayle managed to squeeze me in. During the day everyone at work was raving about how great the color is and that it made me looked tanned, and everyone convinced me not to change the color. So, i called the salon and cancelled the appointment and i'm don't regret it at all....i've given it a few days now and i'm still getting compliments on my hair and i guess i've gotten used to the highlights...they actually blend in nice with the base color. Thanks Darius and Gayle for your patience. overall, I liked the ambiance, the staff was friendly (they offered me coffee, water and they didn't ONCE try to sell me anything....thank God!) and the parking lot in the back is a plus as well....The only thing i didn't like is that it got really busy in the afternoon and since they only have two stations to wash hair we kinda had to take "turns" and it made the wait a bit longer...but other than that i am pleased to say that i have found a stylist. read more

I have yet to use my groupon a this salon because every time I call a week, even a in advance to schedule an appointment they are booked. They're special "groupon schedule" is impossible to work with. I get a condescending attitude once I mention I'm using a groupon. I'm constantly interrupted, and worst of all no one says thank you for calling or has basic telephone manners. It should be a clear warning sign when the owners hair looks like an over processed rats nest. The employees are completely incapable of effectively performing their job.
