As previous reviewers have mentioned, Haim will come to your home (and in my case, business as well), and take the time to tell you exactly what needs to be done. You can tell he cares about his work and has a deep wealth of knowledge to pull from. Customer service is obviously important to him and his team. Although a deep cleaning of an expensive rug that needs a lot of help (5 cats can be brutal) can take some time, and is not cheap, the rug that you get back could very well look better than the day you got it. Haim's company also cleans the industrial carpets and upholstered furniture at my bar, which is a massive job. Everything looks and, as important, smells immeasurably better when he's done, and his price is very reasonable when you consider how much work there is to do.
