Sharing from my Google review Reposting my review because I am disgusted by the owner's gaslighting and false statements in response to my initial post. Screenshots from original review attached. The artist originally quoted me $275, but after I confirmed I only wanted fine line and no shading, the price was lowered to $200. I was crystal clear from the very start about what I wanted, never changed my mind, never wavered. The gaslighting from ownership claiming otherwise is reprehensible. Your artist did the exact opposite of what I asked for. I've been tattooed over 30 times, and never once has an artist completely disregarded my wishes like this. I came in for two tattoos--after the first was done wrong, I obviously did not proceed with the second. I was refused a refund for both the tattoo I didn't get and the one that was done incorrectly. To be clear: I wanted an autograph on my arm to be traced. I asked multiple times for it to be done in fine line, thinner than the Sharpie it was written with. The artist pushed shading multiple times before we began, and I firmly declined every single time. He then went ahead and did it how he wanted, not how I asked. Basic hygiene standards were also ignored, my tattoo was neither cleaned nor wrapped before I left. This is not just unprofessional; it's unacceptable. Addressing the false claims in your reply: * My spouse was not with me--my friend was, and she witnessed the entire exchange. She will be posting her own review. * I never once changed the design or agreed to a different style. Review your security footage, it will show the repeated conversations where I asked for fine line only, no shading, and it will also show that my tattoo was not cleaned, moisturized, or wrapped. I don't care about your "thousands of reviews." I care about my experience, and this was the single worst one I've ever had in a tattoo shop. You left me with something permanent that I did not agree to. I will be hiring an attorney based on this. Could not recommend this shop less. Truly shocking. read more

Update: The actual tattoo healed great. The problem is the lines were not straight at all. My friend having low blood sugar actually has no relevance to what we were speaking about. Of course my boyfriend wasn't going to pay the 682 dollars you tried to charge when you said that you were going to keep the money even if he didn't like the stencil. 182 extra dollars added in to the 500 you quoted isn't tax. Obviously Nevada is open carry but I would suggest getting a holster because carrying it in the waistband of your basketball shorts isn't safe. Maybe tattoos aren't my thing?? I have 13 of them. Everything about the 1 star reviews is so accurate and I'm beating myself up for not reading them before going. Quoted $100/each via Instagram, (which included two poker chips, names and dates) then when I got there it was re-quoted as $250/each. Artist said $50 deposit didn't go towards my tattoos even though it's stated on the website when booking. When I told him I only budgeted for $100 tattoos the artist said it would be the size of a quarter for that price even tho the manger knew I wanted actual size poker chips. When I brought it to the artists attention his boss then had him charge $125/piece instead so they wouldn't have to deduct the $50 I already paid. By far the worst tattoo shop I have ever done business with. Swindling customers out of money and apparently quoting everyone $100 just to get them through the door. They have to move forward with the tattoo though since the $50 is non refundable when booking. Very shady tactics and they know what they're doing. Very very poor practice and ethics as shown on the responses to people's reviews. The manager doesn't bother to apologize or make it right but rather argue his side...the proof is in the writing. read more

I'm upset because I was told $150 each but then how come it came out to $400 total for deformed lines? This has been the most unprofessional experience. They were nice until they received the payment, then instantly I became an inconvenience. I believe every customer is important especially when it comes to tattoos, if not then you shouldn't accepted me, but they want the money. They did not clean, wrap or tell me how to care for it. Again if you can't handle it, why accept? Now I'm stuck with your mistakes and somehow it's my fault. It's concerning that this shop would rather fight me than fix the problem. They take your money before the tattoo because there's no guarantee the art will be clean.no refunds , got it. Sorry your artists can't handle situations professionally. Let me start off by saying I went to get these finger tattoos because I won a jackpot earlier that day at a casino. I was feeling spontaneous! I felt like my luck had really took a turn, good things were happening to me! So I wanted a tattoo to represent that and ironically I got this horrible tattoo instead. I wish I would've gotten the guy's name, for the most part he was friendly but also very sarcastic. He was somewhat patient while we worked on our finishing touches to our tattoo ideas. Little by little the experience started to get worse. For the record, I do have other finger tattoos and they didn't hurt, probably the least painful tattoos I've gotten. But these tattoos did HURT! The guy told me it was because of the shading but if you look at the two weeks pictures, there's missing shading spots? They're lumpy and hurt every time something rubs on it so I'm most likely scarred. Not to mention the guy yelled at me twice! My sister can't see the sight of blood and she said she was getting lightheaded. Her tattoo was bloody and needed to be wiped, I got a paper towel to dab it clean. He yelled at me "NOOOOOOOOO DON'T TOUCH IT" Although I understand, it's a hazard issue I don't understand why I had to get yelled at twice. I was not being persistent or disagreeing with him, so why yell? My sister's tattoo is lumpy too btw. Then I'm guessing his girl came to bring him food. She was dogging us the whole time! My aunt was being very friendly and told US, NOT the tattoo guy or his girl that her tattoo was hurting. The girl, with a straight face told my aunt the tattoo placement she was getting (wrist) did not hurt, just dismissing the way my aunt felt. Then the lady even made a comment about my aunts Deathly Hallows tattoo behind her neck. The tattoo guy tried playing it off saying he didn't notice it (it was literally the first thing he pointed out on my aunt lol) the lady said "well that's good you didn't notice it, means you weren't looking at the back of her neck" she was very jealous and made it very obvious. It felt so uncomfortable. If I could give no stars I would. "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" I really wish that was true with these tattoos read more

Not everything that happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. There are no truer words!! One of my besties and I decided to be spontaneous in Vegas two weeks ago and get meow-ied. Meaning, we got matching cat tattoos on our ring fingers. I added a bunny tattoo to my lower ring finger, since my cat and my bunny are my two loves. The owner, Nick, was really nice and friendly as we chatted and told him we were from out of town, memorializing our trip. Mistake #1: never tell a tattoo artist you don't live close by, because then they know they can get you in and out as fast as possible, and not have to worry about you coming back if there's a problem. Well, the next day there was no problem, we loved our results and didn't even have any swelling or pain. We kept our hands out of the water and sun, which was a bummer to skip the pool at Caesars when it was 115 degrees out, but we just played indoors instead. However, two weeks later, you can hardly see half of the rabbit on my finger, and the cat is missing some ink too. So... after speaking to my friend who works at a parlor in Concord, I am now going to pay for a touch-up/redo, here at home. Such a bummer because you'd think the owner would really dig in and get the ink deep enough, but I guess that's a lesson learned for me and my spontaneity. read more
