Now I had them come out to do some tuckpointing in areas that were cracking and missing grout. Needless to say that exceptional work is now shoddy at the least. When they were doing the tuckpointing the color did not even match the rest of the house. They had to stop to change color and still needed to come back and lighten it even more. Within 2 months the tuckpointing was cracking after spending over $3,000. Told him maybe your workers are not as great. You think they would notice it isn't right and stop! He got mad and said to his workers let's go, I won't be back don't call me BITCH! Very professional!

AB Edwards has done our roof repairs 2x for 2 separate situations. We moved into a new home and the…read morefirst was one we knew we would need for an addition. The addition needed the entire roof replaced, and they came highly recommended to me by a coworker. I went with them and we are so glad we did. They came out to quote, and Chris the Project Manager was really thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. He mentioned if anything was uncovered what would also have to happen. We felt really confident in choosing them for the job. Yes the quote was higher than the roofer we had in during the inspection of the property, however, that roofer is listed in these reviews as a company that AB had to help a customer fix their work, so we were fine with the pricing. During the roof replacement we found we needed additional work done, but this was all discussed upfront as a possibility, so was not a surprise. The work was done quickly, and so well. Fast forward to March, and there was a leak that was in our master bathroom. The contractor on the house has been shady and not wanting to help with this as he "never touched the roof". We decided to finally just go back to AB as we knew they would help quickly and do the best job possible. They also knew about this issue back in December when they were doing the other project, and were there to help if needed they said. How great is that, knowing they would do the work for us and feeling good about it because they really cared. So, I called up Chris the PM, and he got here in about a week. Took a day to do the majority of the work, and even an additional cosmetic fix because of that crazy windstorm we had. They have about one more day left of work, not even, and that was because it rained the other day. We are fully confident that this has fixed the leak, and we can now get to work on the interior fixes in the bathroom. I cannot recommend them more. Go with them, even if they might have a higher quote then another roofer. You will not regret it!

Was a nuisance and safety concern. When I first set out to have job completed, I was having a problem finding a company that specialized in slabjacking that would come out and give me a estimate. Luckily I found AAA. I believe I was able to use their website and left a detailed message on what was needed to be done. Within a few business days I had the estimate and had the job completed in less than two weeks. I thought the crew was professional and had the job done quickly. For the money and time needed (actual repair took 1-2 hours), I don't think I could have found more value in other seeking out any other routes for remediation. Would recommend AAA for any other work I may need in the future.

They washed their equipment on my front lawn, leaving cement all over the grass, and even washed their vehicle in my driveway. I couldn't believe what I found afterward. I'm very disappointed with my experience with this company. I felt like the salesman who came out…read morerecommended a significant amount of work that was unnecessary, and the repair they ultimately offered was extremely overpriced in my opinion. The price they quoted me was around $3,000, and I've included some pictures below. What concerns me most is the lack of trust I now have in their recommendations. I previously hired this company to do tuckpointing work for me. About three years later, I contacted them about touching up a few areas, and I was told the work was already in bad shape. When I reminded them that they were the ones who had performed the original work, the response was essentially, "Oh, we can just repair these couple of bricks. It's not a big deal." After that experience, and now being presented with what I believe is an unnecessarily expensive repair, I simply don't feel comfortable doing business with this company anymore. When you hire a company and spend good money on their work, you expect fair pricing, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, that's not the experience I had.
