A lot of $$ was spent as I received a large-ish bouquet ( she is still using wallpaper in plain clear vase instead of the nice vases depicted in the photos) That I must admit appeared pretty. That said, after filling daily- it almost made it 4 days - so not fresh! The purple lilies and orange buds ( also lilies) never opened, baby roses were already dried out. Now- the gift basket. It was nicely packaged and there were some interesting things in it. There were 4 bath balms ( no ingredient labels) and upon using one- I was shocked at what occurred in the water. It turned the clean tub into a huge mess that looked and felt something like oily pond scum with small black chunks sinking to the bottom. It also STAINED my skin and ends of my dark hair GREEN! I won't be using the other three because you can tell by the label that they were made by the same person. They just had a typed label with what I assumed was supposed to be the "scent"-there are no scents with any of them, or any of the other products, just color. There was a small soy based candle that said it was lavender. It smells of rancid oil, again, no scent - other than the rancid. There also were 2 price tags left on a couple items. Basket contained the above plus dental floss, q-tips, a bar of soap ( kind of pretty but also no scent?!) in a loofah type bag ( I do like that for soaps) And natural loofah sponge which I love, a toothbrush, plain lip balm, and a bag filled w/rice for your neck- no scent/herbs in it either. I will be going down there with some of the items I mentioned above and see what she has to say. Judging from the 2 price tags left on the items, this too was a very expensive basket. The items were not hand selected by the man who ordered it for me for my birthday- some seem a bit unusual? Over all- presentation was nice but she takes the cheap rout while charging exorbitant prices and gets angry when questioned about anything as you can see by several other customers comments.

It is a country lovely country setting with a small cottage set up as their store which houses old fashioned furniture and beautiful display cases hand built by a brother of the ladies who own this business now. I found just what I needed which was some lavender hydrosol and as a treat to myself also purchased one of their lavender-lemon pound cake mixes and it was outeageously delicious. Moist flavorful and the combination of the lavender buds and lemons was exquisite. !! I am hosting a party soon for family and friends and plan on purchasing two more of these mixes to serve as dessert. Our family signed up for the Lavendar wreath making event. The event page says 10:00-11:30am. We…read morebrought our kids very excited to make a wreath with them at the end of summer. We showed up at 10:30 thinking that it was any time we could arrive to make a wreath the event page did not specify a 10:00 strict start time. As we arrived I felt like I just showed up to a mean girls table in high school. The instructor said the event started at 10 and when I shared that the event page was a big confusing as we thought it was an open arrival time. A woman at the table mumbled "well it wasn't confusing to me" and the instructor said nothing. Not welcoming acted like we were not welcome. We said we would like to have a refund and didn't appreciate the unwelcoming rudeness when we just drove 20 minutes to bring our kids to this event. Whoever is in charge at this farm should probably never have this woman work an event again. I've never met an ADULT woman act that way toward a customer? Completely disappointing and won't be returning or supporting again.
