Best flower shop in town. Beautiful flowers and the delivery driver is always cheerful. I'm also a fan of the local honey they sell.

So once again someone ordered from "Donna" after almost 7 years apparently he forgot the multiple problems prior. A lot of $$ was spent as I received a large-ish bouquet ( she is still using wallpaper in plain clear vase instead of the nice vases depicted in the photos) That I must admit appeared pretty. That said, after filling daily- it almost made it 4 days - so not fresh! The purple lilies and orange buds ( also lilies) never opened, baby roses were already dried out. Now- the gift basket. It was nicely packaged and there were some interesting things in it. There were 4 bath balms ( no ingredient labels) and upon using one- I was shocked at what occurred in the water. It turned the clean tub into a huge mess that looked and felt something like oily pond scum with small black chunks sinking to the bottom. It also STAINED my skin and ends of my dark hair GREEN! I won't be using the other three because you can tell by the label that they were made by the same person. They just had a typed label with what I assumed was supposed to be the "scent"-there are no scents with any of them, or any of the other products, just color. There was a small soy based candle that said it was lavender. It smells of rancid oil, again, no scent - other than the rancid. There also were 2 price tags left on a couple items. Basket contained the above plus dental floss, q-tips, a bar of soap ( kind of pretty but also no scent?!) in a loofah type bag ( I do like that for soaps) And natural loofah sponge which I love, a toothbrush, plain lip balm, and a bag filled w/rice for your neck- no scent/herbs in it either. I will be going down there with some of the items I mentioned above and see what she has to say. Judging from the 2 price tags left on the items, this too was a very expensive basket. The items were not hand selected by the man who ordered it for me for my birthday- some seem a bit unusual? Over all- presentation was nice but she takes the cheap rout while charging exorbitant prices and gets angry when questioned about anything as you can see by several other customers comments. read more

I did not have a positive experience with this Flourist. I have been in customer service for years and understand how difficult it can be to deal with a frustrated customer. I was not impressed with the response this shop had to problems with the delivery of a Valentine's Day bouquet. My biggest concerns: - I did not receive a call that the order was not going to be delivered until 4pm when I was leaving work. - I was told that he flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning the next day, they did not arrive until almost noon. - The person I was communicating with (the shop owner, Donna) was very confrontational when I expressed my concerns and frustration with the service. She also mentioned that my partner did not spend a lot of money on this bouquet (which I found insulting and unnecessary). I love to support local business and I am sympathetic to a person being busy and stretched thin, but this was not a positive interaction. Maybe it's just me, but if you can't do a job well then you shouldn't tell someone you can do it. My partner would have found another flourist if this shop were too busy, but he placed his faith and money in this shop and they let him down. I live out of state and ordered flowers to be delivered to my parents. Exceptional communication regarding delivery time- I was able to make sure they were home to receive the flowers. They substituted some of the purple flowers for pink ones, but it still looked similar enough to the arrangement pictured online. My mom said she actually liked the one delivered more since it has her favorite type of rose. Overall, very happy with the service and plan to use them again for any future flower needs. read more

Super rude Donna. She promised that the flowers and the boutonnieres would be done and complete today @ 2pm this afternoon. We arrived @ 2:05pm this afternoon and the flowers and the boutonnière were not ready. She started to wrap the boutonniere RIGHT IN FRONT OF US, claiming she didn't have the baby-break flowers. Why didn't she prepare for this order? I wrote a check and sent it from California IN FULL $218+ and they were not ready when asked and promised. And Donna had the nerve to say it was the "bride-to-be" fault the flowers went done because she didn't "pick up the phone". The bride to be does not have the time to pick up the phone for any reason because it's "her day", not Donna's day to take her time after 35 days to prepare for the order. Super unprofessional, delayed and rude. The ribbon wasn't even the right color, it was supposed to be a lighter blue. Donna, prepare for your future orders or else you won't have any. read more

They did a great job delivering flowers in a bad snow storm. They reached out and made sure someone was home before leaving flowers out to freeze in the cold. Really went the extra mile even in horrible weather conditions! read more

For Mother's Day my daughter, in California called Every Bloom'n thing to deliver me some flowers. Long story shorter, no flowers Mother's day, promised next day, no flowers and waited most of the day. Tuesday, after phone calls,and emails from my daughter to this business, still waited all day. I missed some appointments I needed to do but waited for delivery. By 2:15pm my daughter was promised the flowers would arrive within the hour. I had a doctor appointment and had to leave at 4pm, still no flowers. While in parking lot prior to appointment the delivery driver left a voice mail saying flowers were delivered. I called her back as it was a Washington phone number. I told the driver the flowers were not delivered as promised and maybe they could give my daughter a partial refund. Driver responded belligerently and defensively saying " nothing was promised until today." Driver apparently reported to owner Donna, her side of story. While in my doctor appointment, I received a voice mail from owner ranting to me " never talk to my driver like that again." I was never apologized to for delay. I was never given opportunity to tell the owner the appointments missed due to waiting for delivery. The owner also called to yell at my daughter about me. I have not called, nor will I call this business back. I am grateful for my flowers, although some of them were starting to wilt. So, thanks for the Happy Mother's Day, won't be shopping at Every Bloomin thing in the future. read more

Wow - What outstanding extra-mile service we received from Donna, the owner of Every Bloom'n Thing in Redmond! We wanted to have a bouquet of balloons delivered for a birthday, but Donna explained the helium shortage to me, and how only the big chain stores had been able to secure the canisters of helium. I was in a quandary, because these were for a special needs young man who lives in a group home, and we would be out of town on his birthday. When I explained the situation, Donna said, "I'll take care of it." She ended up going to the Dollar Value store herself, and got a big bunch of balloons filled. She let me deliver our gift bag of presents to her shop, and then they delivered the gifts and the balloons to the birthday boy. The charge for everything was so reasonable, and we were really touched at how she went out of her way to make sure this young man, who doesn't receive many presents, had a great birthday with a special delivery! Customer service is not a priority at Every Bloomin Thing. After my Valentines Day delivery failed to get delivered, I received a delivery notification after business hours. I called and they confirmed the order was not yet delivered and told me it was because the recipient was not at the location specified. When I told her that was not true, the story was changed, with the employee telling me that it was actually because the location closed early, which was also a lie. I was told they'd be delivered the next day and I would be upgraded to an order costing twice as much. However, the next day, the flowers were delivered an hour later than expected and when the recipient called to inquire, Donna proceeded to act belligerently, telling the recipient when I placed the order and how much I paid for the flowers. The recipient was left in tears with an ugly bouquet and a ruined Valentines day. When I called to ask Donna what happened, she blamed the recipient and spoke ill of her. Donna brags about being in this business for the last 30 years, but it seems like her patience has run out and it might be time to retire. I apprentice the efforts made to fix Every Bloomin Thing's mistakes, but Donna's behavior crossed the line. This is not a group of professionals and your money would be better spent anywhere else as long as Donna is the owner. Additionally, please see the other 1 star review that mentions Donna bad-mouthing someone's Daughter. Clearly there is a pattern of this kind of behavior. read more
