This place is amazing!! I was in dire need of getting flowers to my girlfriend. I called at 2:00pm and was needing to get flowers to her. I spoke to a person by the name of Sharmoni and talked to her about the horror story I was dealing with in working with Blossom Flower Delivery. This florist created a beautiful spray for my father-in-law's funeral. They agreed to have it ready right at opening on a Monday so that I could pick it up early, as I had to drive 1.5 hours to the funeral destination. When at the shop, I asked if by any chance they had some single flowers available (for purchase) for family members to lay on the casket, and the florist donated over two dozen beautiful roses that were not going to get used. I want to start with saying that I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Autry's. I first came here to get an idea about how much flowers for our wedding would cost and had no idea what to expect. Of course there are so many variables that it's hard to pin point things exactly, but we chatted with one of the women working and she took notes on what we were interested in. The owner, Velvet, wasn't in that day but she promised to pass along our information and that they would be in contact with us. Just as we were promised, Velvet contacted us within a couple days and we sent some pictures of what we were thinking. She confirmed the budget we had allocated was realistic for what we wanted. We finally met in person less than 3 months before the wedding day and ironed out all of the details. I'll admit, as a bride I was very nonchalant and I didn't give much direction. I wanted 3 things: 1. Bright wildflowers including smaller sunflowers 2. Use small pint milk bottles as centerpieces 3. Stay on budget Velvet and her team did all of this to perfection. We dropped off the milk bottles 2 days prior to the wedding and she gave us a sneak peak of my bridal bouquet and my jaw nearly hit the ground. It was the most beautiful bouquet I could have hoped for. It had the pops of bright colors that I was hoping for, was the perfect size, and looked amazing with the venue. The bridesmaid bouquets were a smaller version of the bridal bouquet and the bright colors were stunning against the teal dresses each of my bridesmaids picked out for herself. I also appreciated that all of the bridesmaid bouquets were the same shape and size. I know it might seem like a given but I've seen this overlooked before and it looks better when it is consistent. Little things like this really showed that Autry's staff cares about the details and takes pride in their work. The milk bottles were great centerpieces and looked full and bright even with the narrow opening. Additionally, our wedding was on a Sunday and Autry's is normally closed on Sundays. We arranged a time to pick up the flowers that day and Velvet came in on their off day to let us pick up our arrangements. Everything was packed efficiently so that the pick up and transport was easy and without any mishaps. Autry's experience really showed. Everything was absolutely perfect. I'm not normally a floral person but I absolutely loved everything Autry's created for us for our wedding. If you are looking for a small arrangement or something for a bigger event, Autry's will deliver flawlessly. Velvet was a pleasure to work with as was everyone else we interacted with. 5 stars. read more

My only suggestion would be to get an itemized receipt when ordering. Some of my order was missing because what I wanted wasn't written down, so the flowers weren't ordered. If I had an itemized receipt, I would have seen that they weren't written down. On the upside, I wasn't charged and my hair stylist was able to work with some other flowers I had purchased.
