But the gentlemen in front of me he helped prior he was polite as hell too. FYI I am a African American man and these are Caucasians who treated me this way at this location.

Walking in, the store is large and open with a the right mix of tools, fluids, consumables and floor stock to get easier jobs done, no barrage of frou-frou garbage to shine your car tires, no tweety-bird floor mats, no bullet-hole decals. As you walk to the prominent service counter you notice a comforting odor of WD40 and engine oil, think of it as a sign. These guys get straight to the point, provide insight and help on questions you have, often everything you need in stock by a quality brand and at competitive pricing. What sends this place over the top is in the back though. There you'll find one of the most competent and speedy machine shops you'll ever have need of. Swap out some bushings? Ten minutes. My JL's stock rock rails are pretty bad ass. I *really* did not want to lose them to some lousy side steps. So like the determined person I am, I scoured some online Jeep forums. Made in the USA! CONS - It takes a while for shipping. Overall, it was a very simple task for the husband to install these rock sliders. It definitely helped to have a lever bar and an air ratchet. The only hiccup was when two of the fasteners or whatever holds the nuts in place broke off as he removed the Loctited bolts. He cussed up a storm. I purchased a motor that supposedly had 55K miles for my sons 2014 Ford Fusion For $2,600 and paid…read morean additional $1,300 for labor in May of 2023 in August of 2023 the motor went completely out. I called and spoke with the manager who advised us to bring the car in which we had it towed there. After their "inspection" we were told that the warranty was up on the vehicle. My concern is they could have told us that over the phone in lieu of asking us to bring the car to the shop. I WILL NEVER do business with this establishment and you shouldn't either. Almost $4000 down the drain in 3 months time. I give them 0 stars and would not recommend. Total rip off.
