I arrived to this location in a busy Saturday following some yucky, weather and salty roads. The wait was not bad, about 20-30 minutes. Considering they had a long line of 18-wheelers which take longer, I thought wait time was appropriate, given the flood of post-storm customers. Vacuums are available in both lanes for $1 while you wait to enter the tunnel. Once inside they got right to work, hosing off my filthy dually pickup. In a matter of minutes I was washed and rinsed, only awaiting the undercarriage wash (additional charge). Unfortunately, a box truck broke down inside the wash tunnel and blocked my progress and exit. The staff were quick to. Brody me of the situation and after several minutes the truck ahead of me was able to make its way out. Because of the wait, BB comped my wash, which was not expected but much appreciated. Great level of communication and service. I'll definitely be back!
