Employees are very nice. The store is large and has everything you need including the typical hot food served at convenience stores. They have good hot coffee too. On our way home we made sure to stop at this location again to get our gas, use restroom and  get our snacks. Let me tell you driving cross country many many times it can be scary opening that bathroom door but rest assure this place is clean! If travelling  through Oklahoma on I-40, the Yukon exit is a great place to stop.The town is clean and pleasant with ample restaurants too. Especially this day, because once we got our gas the truck wouldn't start back up. My wife went inside to see if maybe they had a jump box we could use. They did not but the employee offered to jump with his van. We tried that and no luck but he said his battery wasn't the best so he asked another employee who had a nice truck if we could try it. She said she sure and after a few long minutes we were able to start the truck. This was so nice of the employees we cannot thank them enough.

I called them and they told me that I need to call my bank to see what the hold was. I knew that wasn't true but I called my bank anyways and they said no that is up to oncue , They need to be putting that money back into my account so I tried calling then back three or four times and they would not answer.! if this is a way they do business they will no longer have mine!! people watch your banking accounts and make sure your money is going back into your account , if you're not using it! As a store, it was fine -- clean, well-organized, well-stocked, with the food and drinks you'd expect from any QT. None of the fundamentals were missing. What was missing for me was the warmth. At the QT locations I got used to in Texas, you can't even step through the door without a staff member calling out a friendly "welcome in!" -- it's almost a brand signature down there, and it sets the tone for the whole visit. At this location, I walked in and got nothing. No greeting, no acknowledgment, just business as usual. It's a small detail, but it's the kind of small detail that separates a great convenience store stop from just a transaction. The store itself does its job and there's nothing wrong with it. But if QT as a brand is going to keep that warm, friendly culture as part of what makes it stand out from every other gas station and convenience store, the team at this location could take a page from their Texas counterparts. Decent stop, just missing that bit of personality that makes the difference.

But I'll keep driving right on by on my way to the nearest OnCue. Would it hurt too much to add a fresh coat of paint?
