Some differences is that I love using the drive up window. I've been able to use coupons Walgreens has given me. I have never been treated rude by any employee and everyone has always been kind. I also noticed that not only were some of my medications more affordable than Safeway, Walgreens puts the maker of the medication on the bottle most Safeway meds are not like that. The quality of the medication was better at Walgreens. One day I happened to drive up just before their lunch and they stayed open for me. Then another day I waited in line for a while and there was a problem with my prescription they worked to help me so that we could fill it. I appreciated that so much! They do answer the phone nobody is hanging up but there is a voice message that sounds like the phone being answered when it hasn't been yet. Everyone in store is nice too and its always clean and well stocked.

Where to start. Switched from Safeway so I could go through the drive through. Big mistake. I…read morehaven't been through the drive though in less than 30 minutes, sometimes around 45 minutes for a couple cars (2-3 ahead of me). Rx gets sent in, give it a day, call no Rx received. Contact doctor, refill was sent a week prior. So call back, fight auto phone teller, oh they do have it, but they haven't filled it yet. Check back next day, sure we can fill that for you, give us a few hours. Every time, no exceptions. Then they are snippy and rude with you. They close at 1:30pm for lunch, got there at 1:15, a little close but I couldn't break away from work sooner. They put the closed for lunch sign up while I was talking to them, in between our faces and said my Rx wasn't in yet. I'm going back to Safeway.

It was bad that the gas pump credit card machine didn't work. I had to go inside to pay for my gas. The woman working there was slow. I could've been in and out of there quickly if I could've paid at the pump. My time is precious. I can't be waiting for the slow employee.

I asked why, and he tried telling me that it was a state law in Washington. I laughed and said since when? He replied, " Since as long as I can remember". I laughed again and said you must be thinking of the liquor sales law from 2-6. He said again with attitude, "No there is a separate law in Washington for scratch tickets". I looked it up in front of him and tried showing him on my phone that he was wrong, and he refused to look and told me to leave or he would call the cops.

The prices, while not always the lowest, tend to be on the low side of the spectrum and to find a station a few cents less would involve some extra driving which might negate some of the savings. When I buy gas, I buy a lot of it. Lol My truck hold 36 gallons and my wife's car has a large tank that only guzzles down premium grade fuel. In either case, we usually pay well over $50 for a fill up and often quite a lot more. I appreciate the pricing and quality of the fuel sold here. I also like the easy access to the station from Maple and N Wenatchee Ave. You can enter or exit easily from either Street. The covered fueling area is large and well lit. It is kept clean and well stocked with supplies. Inside, the store is well stocked, well lit, and clean. About all you can ask for in a convenience store! I've been satisfied in the past and will continue to do business here in the future.

Fueled in Bellingham WA this morning at $3.19, gas here was $3.31. What the difference a couple of hundred miles will make. ;-) Fueling up was easy with no wait. Still top Tier gasoline with best local price. A little off the beaten path, but worth the trip.
