I stopped by to get fountain drinks for my boyfriend and I. He wanted a slurpee but it wasn't frozen. He made a comment about it to me at the same time an associate with a mop and bucket walked by. Really great 7-11! The workers were very nice and welcoming! Picked up some stuff to go with my lunch after skydiving. They have a ton of different stuff. Of course, got more than needed for another time. What was needed, fruit cup and chips to go with a wrap I have from yesterday. Bought Flamin hot asteroids. Hotter the better! Also bought some pop-tarts for a different day. Never saw the flavor before. Half drizzled cheesecake and half frosted strawberry. Yum! Veggie straws for a different time too! Great music playing too! Really great service and a bunch of great stuff! Highly recommended! read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. Had to fill a rental car before returning it to Hertz. Wasn't sure how much gas it needed and 7-11employee would NOT allow me to pay the exact amount of purchase with my debit card. I estimated $30, they assured me the change would be credited back to my card (only took $16). After 2 bank billing cycles the change was not credited back. Furthermore the pump shut off before the car was full, which I did not realize until i returned the car to Hertz. Since Hertz wanted to charge me $60 for a 4 gallons of gas I had to go back out, drive around and find another station to fill it...Today I tried to call the manager but was hung up on three times. Followed up with call to corporate who , after I provided all my receipt information, first tried to get me to join some sort of rewards program, then tried to give me a gift card to 7-11.. The refund check will take up to 4 weeks! Never doing business with them and made that clear to the corporate representative (who was probably in a foreign country!) read more

These guys are fraud. If you want to learn what NOT to do to lose regular paying customers then visit this 7Eleven store. I work 1 min away from this restaurant, despite being able to get cheaper gas elsewhere, I still get full tank everyday from here because I do Uber after my 9 to 5. During my lunch break I get a RedBull and danish from this store everyday Monday through Friday, and once a week I buy air fresheners for my car from this store. Roberto who's the manager or the owner even remembers me but honestly these guys are fraud. I went to this store today to get full tank of gas and a Tree air freshener for my car. Air freshener was listed at $3.99 price with a printed tag(see photo). I picked it up, went to checkout and told them I want gas too. The lady at the checkout tried to charge me $4.99 for the air freshener and I inserted my credit card. Luckily card wasn't inserted all the way and I noticed this. I immediately brought this to her attention. She called Roberto, he said it's $4.99 my friend prices go up everyday. I told him but the tag says $3.99 and he said yes, he knows. Roberto DID not care about loosing a everyday customer. For me it was not about $1, it was about what's right. If the item was listed at $4.99, it would've been ok. I cancelled my entire order and left. What is the result? Just because Roberto made a mistake of not updating the tag and he doesn't want to acknowledge his mistake, he lost a a customer who spent almost $50 everyday. All he had to do was say, I'm sorry these are the new prices I forgot to update the price tag. The cashier was extremely rude! She said her name was Nina! The credit card swipe was not working at the gas pump so I went in and didn't get the pump number. I showed her my car and she said "no go get the number and come back!" I asked her where the number was located on the pump she said go look and you will find it! I refused to use this station! But it's a little cow-tipping town up near Gilroy... one of those places you drive through and wonder, "Who the heck lives here, and what in the world do they do for fun around here??" I was up in the area with church friends for a youth camp...and around 2AM, my two friends went down the mountain to look for food. They come across 7-Eleven and buy hot dogs. One guy proceeds to scream like a girl, and shows the other guy a little CURLY hair, deeply embedded into his hot dog. They conclude the hot dog was dropped on the ground, and nothing more, for their own sanity's sake. They ask the cashier guy for a refund, which he gives them, and he gives them two free drinks on the house. Soda is flat. Ketchup dispenser was crusty and old. Not sure what the cashier's name who works between 2 and 5pm but she's an unnatural blonde, always on her phone, Rude & offers little service. Had a handful of stuff and my 2 year old. Never offered me a bag & actually helped the next person as I was still standing there juggling (2) 2 Liters, a gallon of milk, & two beers. It's common sense & courtesy to automatically offer a customer a bag. Regardless if there's a charge...It's just plain inconsiderate. read more

THIS 7 ELEVEN has very rude employees. No customer service skills at all. I wanted to buy a slurpee drink for my daughter, but none of the slurpee machines were working, so I had to throw away the cup. A male employee then proceeded to tell me that there would be a charge for the cup. But, I didn't get the drink because their machines were not working!!!!!! I told him there's no sign to indicate this & therefore I didn't agree on the fee. Another rude female employee stated that "The people who come in to this store already know". I don't know what people she's referring to???? I don't ever come to this store. Well I was charged the fee regardless of my many complaints. I have shopped at this 7-11 for several years. Almost every morning I stop and buy coffee there UNTIL ABOUT A MONTH AGO. At this point, this 7-11 hired a gentlemen who is impossible to interact with. It took me over 10 minutes to request a powerball quick pick. Even when a helpful customer tried to translate this, he still had no idea what a powerball ticket was. I have observed him leave the counter to fill up his coffee while customers wait in line to pay for theirs. It has become impossible to shop there. read more
