I noticed a nice looking muffin and asked what it was because it wasn't labeled very well. After a closer look they had wrote on the glass case with a marker that it was a pumpkin muffin. He put the muffin in a small paper bag and placed it on the counter. It was cold. He never asked if my order was to go or eat in. I asked if they could warm up my muffin. They said yes and warmed it up. After warming it up they handed me the plate with the muffin on top. I had to ask for butter and a knife. They did not offer me any butter. When my drink was done he didn't even bother to call out the drink to let me know it was ready. NOT IMPRESSED !! Are you kidding me? Let me tell you I expect to be greeted with a smile at the very least. I didn't get a hello or good morning. Ask me if my order is to be taken out or eaten in. Ask me if I would like my muffin heated up and with butter. Go out of your way to be nice. I could have just gone to Starbucks ya know?!
