The hardest part is picking out a treat! They always have homemade bars like chocolate oat raspberry or lemon bars that are always SO worth it. The only downside of Zoe's is that the parking downtown can be a challenge but that's not even enough to take a star away.

If you sit in for a bit, you will notice people chatting about how delicious the drinks are on their way out, or as they sit down! Truly a gem and always a treat when I come here.

I don't recommend the baked goods, they're all premade out of store, they're over large and either dry or mushy. Their whip cream is delicious I only go here one in awhile because if I'm going to get a drink, it's going to be one that's bad for me! We are long past morning rush and lunch and yet there's a long line. It moves really well. Good for us. The lady was polite but definitely rushed (to be expected). Here's a shocker. She counted my change back. I just assumed that that was a thing of the past and nobody bothered to learn it. This coffee was fresh and proportional. We split a farmer's wrap that was ok. The eggs tasted a little funny, but you have to allow for things in different countries tasting different. Just like the maple creame donut is the boss, here (in metro Detroit it's a vanilla creame). My main complaint is they refuse to carry the raisin tea biscuit but I have over looked that as we enjoy the set up of this Tim Hortons. However the last two times, the coffee has been pretty awful. I'm not sure if they are saving money & substituting an inferior coffee or perhaps their machines need cleaning. I guess it's time to start exploring other places for coffee & goodie options.

We were a little taken back that they didn't have an on-site ingredient list, but once we received our food, I understood why. They don't actually cook anything there, it is probably shipped to them frozen and they are heating it up. The doughnut was very good and the service was fast, but my croissant sandwich tasted greasy and I couldn't eat it all cause only after a few bites I was feeling a little sick. The girl ringing us up wasn't very friendly or willing to be understanding about why we didn't want onions in the food. Can't say that we will ever be back.
