I looked up their phone number hoping someone would answer so I don't need to try to have the 3 cars behind me back up and have to go inside... And to my amazement a clerk answered on the 3rd ring! She helped me with a code and I was able to keep my place in line and avoid any embarrassment. So many businesses have automated messages or you have to leave a message. It was refreshing that they have real people answering their phones.

Now, each & every time I order from the deli, Dustin smiles, asks if I'd like to try other cheeses, & then packages the cheese I came for. This young man could have just allowed me to walk away frustrated. But he took the time to listen, explain & offer alternate solutions.
