Today, my order was made incorrectly, and when we tried to politely explain the mistake, the staff seemed unwilling to fix it and were dismissive toward us. There are also three female employees who consistently come across as rude during visits, which makes the experience uncomfortable. The men in there are understanding and helpful. While I understand mistakes happen, especially during busy hours, but better customer service and communication would really improve the experience. I'm hoping this feedback is taken constructively because I do enjoy Dunkin and would like to continue coming here.

The grounds, areas around the pumps, as well as in the station itself have always been kept generally clean and inviting. They have their gas prices posted in lighted and easy-to-read numbers. Even the simple details seem to be covered such as always having liquids in the containers for cleaning your windshield, and related to that the scrubber squeegees actually have scrubber material on them so you can get your windshield clean. This is consistently one of the better service stations in the area.
