This is my regular 7-11 bc it's on my way to work. I stop here for gas, slushies, snacks, even bought a glass rose here for a friend once lol! The workers are always nice. Prices are normal not cheap not more expensive than other places in the area. I purchased something using my debit card but it ended up freezing after entering my pin. I get notifications sent to my phone every time a transaction is made and it shows I made one for $12.58 at 7-Eleven. The lady at the register said that it didn't go thru on her screen and since no receipt printed that it means it didn't process. She tried to make me try again but I didn't want to after getting confirmation from my card it was successful. She said it freezes sometimes and that if it didn't go thru that it will soon fall off my transactions on my card. Long story short, it never did and they STOLE $12.58 from me. I contacted their customer service to file a claim and was given a case #. A few days later I received another email stating "Your case has been sent to Store 33277. Somebody from the management team will contact you​." It's been over a month and NOTHING!!!! I've never had horrible malpractice from any business do something so disrespectful, it's disgusting. All because an error on their part and for $12 dollars and $.58 cents. Congratulations! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First of all. Why does 7-11 smell like burning feces?! I hate the smell. They all smell like this. I think they need to get rid of the nasty food they sell. It's either the ovens or oil they use, it smells like death. I don't often go to 7-11, unless I'm really lazy, and only cus it's near my home. This location pissed me off, they guys don't speak English or "act" like they don't. I'm confused.... Anyway I went in to make a purchase. My total was $9. I had tons of quarters left over from the laundry-mat, they also had sign on the door saying they have a "coin shortage" As I was counting out my quarters, the guy yelled at me and said "you go I have long line!" he then took the items I wanted to buy and put them behind the counter, like he was refusing my business, he said, I don't have time, (there were 2 people behind me that literally just walked in) I was trying to understand what just happened, I guess he was impatient while I was counting. I mean it's not like I had all nickels and dimes. How hard is it to count $9 worth of quarters?!?! I mentioned I can pay with card, is that okay? I also said you guys have signage on your door mentioning, coin shortage?? Really I couldn't understand what he was saying... he was so rude, he literally yelled at me! Like wtf. I bought some dryer's vanilla ice cream and the ice cream was probably melted and froze again.they sold it to me that way.i bought it on 3/11/2023 around 2:30 pm.i should have gotten a receipt,but I'm sure they counter people over at that store wouldn't believe me without a documented recipt.i believe all the ice cream is spoiled.ive already taken 2 pictures to send to dryer's corporate office telling them what the store number is,so they can investigate so no one else gets sick from eating this stuff. read more

I wish I could've helped her but thought the cashiers or any man try to detain this man and 2 other women who intervened as well and left her hopeless on the ground. Dirty dirty dirty. This is hands down the most unsanitary disgusting dirty 7-11 I've ever been in. Trash outside surrounds the parking lot, immediately gives you the impression of the business owners concern for providing a safe and sanitary location. The building is run down and rust dirt stains run down the front of the building under the logo / sign. How does 7-Eleven corporate not do anything about this? The staff is hit and miss, usually they are typical condescending in nature calling you "buddy" or "boss". Absolutely no pride in ownership. Will not return. read more

This place is MOBBED with homeless people and its terrible. I want to hook a snow plow up to my old diesel truck and get a permit from the city to "snow plow" away all the debris and homeless from around this 7-11. They have a FOB set up on the corner, where they conduct theft operations and recon the local shops. I think the 7-11 promotes the homeless people and they sell them cigarettes and booze. Bums try to ask me for change one more time... this is a MAJOR problem. read more

Although the location is always fully stocked and has a gas station my complaint is with a middle-aged female clerk who has a tough time greeting customers or thanking them when they finish paying. I frequented this 7-11 quite a bit for gas, milk ( one of the cheapest prices in town)etc. But ever since they've hired a new clerk, who is rude, snobby and she never makes eye contact with anyone. I tired to pump my tire but it went flat instae. I ent in trying to explain my situation and the manager had a condescending attitude towards me and treated me like I was the stupid one, turning the situation as though something was wrong with my bike. Rude, rude RUDE! My husband went in there tonight with my 3 year old son to grab a quick drink and snack and to take a potty break. (We live in Petaluma and he was up in Santa Rosa to buy a lawn mower battery at a near by store) He said he got nasty glares from behind the counter. They were watching him as if he was going to steal something. When he went to the counter to pay he asked the man, "How are you?", to which he got NO response. The whole while, the man ringing up my husbands purchase was speaking to his coworker (a woman) in their native tongue. My husband is a nice guy. He gets along with EVERYONE! He just thought it was so rude that they verbally don't acknowledge their customers and treat you like you're up to no good. He said he felt discriminated against because he was white! Rude doesn't even capture the two cashiers I encountered. More like confrontational, disrespectful, aggressive and lacking the common curtesy they should have towards a paying customer. We pulled up to the pump and paid there using a credit card. I needed to use the restroom. When I came out, there stood one cashier right in front of the restroom door. "Do you have the key?" He said. I told him no the door's unlocked. He says I can't use the restroom without a key. There's no sign and the doors unlocked. The conversation went downhill from there. I walked towards the exit and the second cashier is staring at me. I asked him "is there a problem here?" He echoes the other cashier by saying I needed a key. If a restroom key is such a big deal then post a sign and lock the door! I told them both stop being rude to me. This is not how to treat a paying customer.
