They will say I don't have any refills left, yet I hang up and call my DR, and she says she sent it over last month, after I call Walgreens back, HOLD again for another 20 mins, and explain, then they say, "Oh ok, we do have it" this has happened THREE times. Why does the customer have to call and figure it out for you? I am also supposed to be on automatic refills, I should not have to call EACH time, yet I get texts asking, "Did you want this refilled?" How many times do you need to be told I am on automatic refill? Also, I will not stand in line with several people milling about waiting, and speak my address out loud, to "confirm" the pick up. Ask me another question such as birthdate or something. My aunt was followed home from here, and I refuse announce my address in the store

However, this review is strictly regarding the front of the store and the photo department. I recently placed an order for a photo order. About 10 minutes later, I got an email stating my order was ready. Awesome! I showed up a few hours later to pick up the order. there was already two people waiting in front of me and they pay someone to the photo department. Together all of us waited over 30 minutes for us to be assisted by an associate in the photo department. Multiple Walgreens employees walked past us and never bothered offering any assistance. When it was my turn to pick up the order, multiple employees had to find my order. I spelled out my last name, multiple times, and they still couldn't find my order. It was in the section where it was supposed to be. Over 30 minutes later and we then had to wait for an associate to build the photo gift that I ordered. When I got the email that my order was ready, I thought it meant everything was ready but instead I ended up spending over an hour at Walgreens with associate that do not care about their job or any customers in the store. I work retail myself, so I know what it's like to be understaffed and overwhelmed, but I would never treat any customers the way that I have been treated here .
