Whew. What a hot mess this place is. This store has likely seen an increase in business since other pharmacies nearby have closed. However, this review is strictly regarding the front of the store and the photo department. I recently placed an order for a photo order. About 10 minutes later, I got an email stating my order was ready. Awesome! I showed up a few hours later to pick up the order. there was already two people waiting in front of me and they pay someone to the photo department. Together all of us waited over 30 minutes for us to be assisted by an associate in the photo department. Multiple Walgreens employees walked past us and never bothered offering any assistance. When it was my turn to pick up the order, multiple employees had to find my order. I spelled out my last name, multiple times, and they still couldn't find my order. It was in the section where it was supposed to be. Over 30 minutes later and we then had to wait for an associate to build the photo gift that I ordered. When I got the email that my order was ready, I thought it meant everything was ready but instead I ended up spending over an hour at Walgreens with associate that do not care about their job or any customers in the store. I work retail myself, so I know what it's like to be understaffed and overwhelmed, but I would never treat any customers the way that I have been treated here . read more

The absolute worst pharmacy ever! If Joe the Pharmacy Manager is not there the employees will not pick up the phone. They will put you on hold over and over til you hang up. The worst customer service!!! read more

THE WORST, LET ME REPEAT......THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If you are on hold less that 20 mins, you got lucky. And my calls are to straighten out THEIR mistakes. They will say I don't have any refills left, yet I hang up and call my DR, and she says she sent it over last month, after I call Walgreens back, HOLD again for another 20 mins, and explain, then they say, "Oh ok, we do have it" this has happened THREE times. Why does the customer have to call and figure it out for you? I am also supposed to be on automatic refills, I should not have to call EACH time, yet I get texts asking, "Did you want this refilled?" How many times do you need to be told I am on automatic refill? Also, I will not stand in line with several people milling about waiting, and speak my address out loud, to "confirm" the pick up. Ask me another question such as birthdate or something. My aunt was followed home from here, and I refuse announce my address in the store read more

Sent about 250 pictures of my child's first year of life before a trip, came back and went to pick them up and apparently after so many days they just throw pictures away. Was never informed of a deadline to pick up pictures nor have I ever had issues with this store. The customer service today was some of the worst I've ever experienced. Probably will never go to this Walgreens again after the way I was treated today. Wish I could give zero stars and also wish I looked at this lady's name. read more

Go to Walmart, they care, I told the pharmacy tech my Mom was out of her prescription she didn't attempt to help and said I guess she's out of luck. They should close this location. read more

A very nice, clean and organized store. Not my neighborhood or local store but I needed to stop for birthday card quick and they carry Hallmark. Pleasant employees both down isle and at check out. Good location on corner of 10 Mile at Little Mack. read more

Store is OK. Pharmacy sucks. Every perscription requires multiple visits to get correct and the pharmacy staff can only answer with I don't know. Ignorant and unable to help. When I finally got fed up and left found out they were charging me over 4x what I should have been paying. read more

The only pharmacy I trust with my prescriptions. They alert you when a refill is necessary, email when it is ready for pick up. The personnel in the pharmacy go out of their way to accommodate any of needs. Should they not have the medication they will either order it or find another Walgreen store that may have the medication in stock. I don't use any other pharmacy unless I am force to due to my insurance Care Mark who are the scariest people all the way. Walgreens at 10 Mile and Little Mack is helpful, clean, organized, essentially the best pharmacy I have ever used. Denise P. read more

Terrible customer service. If your registers are not working you should let people know that as they walk in. You should not wait until they have spent a good amount of time getting things, just to say "I hope your not in a hurry. Our registers are down." This is pathetic. read more
