They also have some last minute souvenirs items like shirts, hats and etc. This is a pretty big store.

#164 Note: I would…read morelove to rate this 3.5 stars (we still do not have this option) Across from Gate B16 and close to gates B15 and B16 in YVR Vancouver airport's domestic terminal, this little shop is an expensive 7-11 (as if that was not possible). However, it is less crowded than the previously mentioned 7-11 and considerably cleaner. It is well lit and the free YVR WiFi does work in the store. It carries the usual Vancouver and Canada souvenir hats, t-shirts, keychains and other trinkets. It also carries most common candies like M&M's and Mars and even Toblerone. However, while the souvenir prices are on par with other locations in the airport, concessions are severely overpriced. Better off to walk to Hudson News. The service is usually pretty friendly but once in a while, not so much. Overall, a nice place to take a break and browse. Hopefully, they will be a little more competitive on the prices.

Expensive luggage lock that they sell didn't work from the time package was opened…read more Poor customer service and no efforts to help alleviate situation... being out of country and having no phone access in a remote region, could not call in within their 10 day window. They also conveniently don't allow any returns outside of this; therefore returns don't really become an issue that they have to deal with as most people are not going through that terminal within the time window that returns would be doable. Thus, they can sell junk and not have ramifications for it; their return policy does not incorporate reasonableness and the staff were unhelpful.
