March 31, 2026…read more Review # 542 I'm soooo Glad and Happy to walk in this Tim Hortons location several times since it open back in May 2025 for coffee, donut and Lunch. It's located on Schoenherr in a busy business lot up front with Office Depot, Henry Ford Eyes, DC Sports and Hobby Lobby. So there ya go on directions and biz markers, Yelpers! My past 4 experiences have been always walk-in to order on the go or eat inside and relax with large areas of tables and chairs, internet areas too for those studying or working. Enjoy the several photos I've posted of this Epic Tim Hortons too! :-) The Food is great with handmade sandwiches for lunch as well as my favorite made Lattes. The donuts and Timbits are stocked on shelves to drool and order when visiting the inside counters. The Service is quick by drive-thru and inside polite friendly staff such as Meghan that I chatted with when I stopped in for a Caramel Latte and used my coupon from rewards to get a box of FREE 10 Timbits. This location is perfect to G & G a hot or cold drink when I'm in the area before taking care of shopping errands nearby, and cheat with a donut. I plan on coming back again for a lunch break in warmer temp. The Ambiance is super with music playing and several large areas to relax (photos attached) while eating or sipping a coffee or other beverage. What a perfect idea in the old BK building remodeled for a "HOT Tim Hortons especially in an area of travelers on Schoenherr Rd. at Hall. A few things are wrong here, which explains the lack of customers…read more They were out of ciabatta bread, so they offered me a croissant I got my ham and cheese (a cold sandwich) in a wrap. It was put on the panini press. The cheese was on the outside of the sandwich and the meat and veggies were sparse. My husband's sandwich smelled funny. We threw them away. Every table (except the long high tops) wobble and there are vents with arctic force winds above every table. They're also filthy. This is our second "meh-minus" visit. Will not be back. No wonder it's never busy.

I finally get to the window and not even an apology! I complained and asked for at least a $4 or $5 gift card for this almost 30 minute wait! Then a rude young girl comes to the window and said they are short staffed. my response was that is not my fault and you should at least warn people when they order or give a small gift card she said we don't do that and is this your drink!? wow, she needs her attitude adjusted! so I told her to give me a refund . she walked away and sent another worker to give my refund. so bottom line, drinks are way overpriced and these workers need to learn how to treat customers. I'll never get my daily coffee at Starbucks again!! Tim Hortons is better and less expensive anyway!

The third was actually making a drink but when he heard the other two laughing, he put down the order and delicately ran over exclaiming, "Oh, let me see (). He then went back to his drink order, but none of them even acknowledged the customer standing at the counter (me). I asked for a cup of water and was told I needed to order something to get water, so I gladly walked out. Customer focus here is non-existent. That's what you get when you hire children. I guess I'll stick to Biggby. Never an issue there.

Although My prescription care coverage has changed to Rite-Aid I frequently stop in using My care pass rewards to shop for other merchandise. The store has new carpeting throughout and the main center areas are for holiday items year round. There's also a clearance section with markdowns. The pharmacy is always busy when I'm passing up and down isles to shop. The self-serve Lottery Machine & ATM is located on the left by the entrance. Rose and Darlene are cheerful and very helpful employees at check out! There is also two Self-Scan check outs to use. Note: Photo attached of their new morning hours at 8:00 AM. This location does NOT have a Drive-Thru Pharmacy and I did notify Yelp! It is located on Romeo Plank at 21 Mile Rd. This CVS is still a busy frequent location for many residents nearby especially before picking up a LC Pizza next door! :-) There's also a United States Postal Mailbox in front of the building. *Did You Know CVS Has over 9,800 Stores! They are conveniently located at the corner of Hayes and 19 mile. The have the best, freshest coffee in the area. You can play lotto at the counter or purchase tickets from the machine located near the coffee station. There are plenty of snacks and juices located inside the store. I like that they sell newspapers.

My previous wrap sandwiches were stuffed and delicious. Photos attached. The many different smoothies I have ordered are always blended correctly and soooo refreshing to enjoy. Photos attached Today it was crazy busy in the parking lot when I pulled in at 3:00pm for My FREE 12 oz. Strawberry Smoothie. According to the email I received advertising their promotion, Customers need to "Wear Your Favorite Flip Flops" and receive a FREE smoothie. Their speedy teamwork inside were Awesome making so many smoothies quickly. I was greeted with a Welcome by Ashley who was serving them 6 at a time, after walking in off to the side at the pick up area.
