I had a very positive experience last week at 7/11. A nice fellow an employee helped me gather my ice cream from the case.
He was a nice fellow with gray hair. He suggested different ways of playing the lottery; however, i think he's brighter than myself. My preference is the traditional way, although i have a lottery app.
Two years ago the nice fellow was working at the Newbury street 7/11.
He was a bit aggressive by trying to encourage me to buy a pair of gloves on display. I told him it was July and I had no need of them
Oddly our paths crossed again at a convenience store in Salem on the corner of Essex street and Highland avenue.. He patiently tried to interest me in Keno, but given my anxiety issues , I have no patience with that game I should my good intentions to him by handling him a Powerball ticket. I had a duplicate we could have shared a jackpot.
Somehow, i got the impression that my good intentions were more generous than his.
Our paths crossed yet again at a convenience store/ gas station in Beverly route 1A. The gray haired fellow was being bullied short formidable fellow.
I feared a violent incident was about to happen given the harsh vile verbal exchange. I began to record the incident on my phone. I was very uncomfortable with that exchange.
I spoke to the fellow inside the convenience store and offered to share the recorded incident. He told me that was not necessary
I assumed his temporary rage was vented and that was the end of it.
As fate would have it I saw him again in the parking lot of a medical facility last fall. We exchanged pleasantries.
I don't remember if I offered to watch his belongings. I tried to be as helpful as I could.
