Just to let you know, All of his parking stops were painted handicapped blue ever since he was investigated. The max fine on a handicapped sign is $250. In 2023 on New Years Eve at 6pm I parked there. I had a handicap placard , a disabled veterans tag, as well as in a wheel chair on Flagler and watched my car get towed away while eating from Tin Taco, a property just next door which he also owned. It cost me $355 to get my car out. This store recently added more non public parking connected to roadways which is now questionable as the volume nor revenue doesn't seem to constitute putting them there for any other reason than to tow. The owner has a contract with Volusia County Towing that smells like criminal mischief and racketeering all over it.

I always welcome competition when it comes to fueling options so I stopped in today to fuel up the Jeep with high-test 93 Octane, today's fuel prices fluctuate so fast I think $3.709 a gallon is competitive - the pumps are ultra modern, they have incorporated the latest in technology hopefully this includes some advanced security measures to protect my credit card information. I haven't gone inside yet so I can't comment on the staff but from the outside it's looks pretty spiffy and new car clean which is a welcoming change from some of the other retail gas locations in the immediate area. The entrance and exit south bound is easy but I was surprised to see the exit onto Park Avenue is a right turn only which is weird and inconvenient but I understand the challenge so I'm okay with them putting safety first...
