Nor did they live there neither. BUT, in the last 6-8 months, a homeless man has moved in, and lives there. Also, two more homeless men and 1 woman now loiter outside the front doors, most of the day. One has a bike, and the other 2 are on foot. It started with the man who is being allowed to SLEEP there now (as of 6-8 months ago), then it got around that they wouldn't be kicked out if they loitered around a good portion of the day-especially in the AM, but throughout the day too. The man who sleeps there also is allowed to store his things there (a backpack, fishing rod, plastic bags, etc). He sits at the only mounted counter, covered up with a comforter, sleeping at various times during the day. Thusly, no one can sit there to eat, as it was originally intended for. He sleeps there for hours at a time. I asked the staff twice about him, and they confirmed he does live there. When he's not there sleeping, he is still allowed to store his things there-and in a public are. They are on the floor, next to the money machine where real customers can see it. I'm just shocked that's even allowed, as letting the homeless people stay there/sleep there/live there/store belongings there never should be allowed. The Quiktrip chain only gives homeless people 10 minutes to hang around, then asks them to leave. This man being allowed to sleep at this Circle K and store his belongings there in customer areas, makes this store look dirty, and it's unsightly. The 3 that loiter outside at the front doors and beg for money/food also smoke where customers enter. Kinda fu NY how they can afford cigarettes, but not rent. Corporate needs to clean this store up, be more present and visit more often.
