I reside in Manteca and needed to use the ladies room entering the city. I walked in and asked to use the ladies room. I was greeted with a NO! I offered to purchase a bottle of water and he responded with a no, again! I questioned his rude response and he held firm. This was a younger man of less than 30 years old. I felt disrespected and continued my way without question. I will never stop here again. I understand casual traffic, but I was respectful, dressed and a local. This is a shameful representation of Manteca. It wasn't the access, it was the lack ok of common decency. You lost any business I would have given you. read more

11/12/2025. i've been going to this particular location now for a couple of weeks getting my gas up to tonight. I've had no problem with getting a receipt from the clerk within the store tonight I used pump three and got $40.51 went to get the receipt and the clerk played a game with me trying to tell me that I told him I wanted to pre-pay for some gas. I explain no that I already got gas and that I wanted the receipt he tried to explain to me that that is a prepaid pump only somethings not right. I will have to check my bank statement, but I have a feeling something is wrong. I'll never be getting my gas at this location again read more

Such a dirty place. I don't know how they will stay in business with the new homes popping up and all the new clean gas stations being built. Pumps pavement and even the ATM is all sticky and gross. read more

Don't ask too much of this location but watch what comes up on the cash register. I haven't had much luck with 7-Eleven locations around Northern California but this one is not so good. You really have to be aware of what's happening. Check expiration dates and prices. I wouldn't spend too much time in the parking lot, either. People don't seem so careful getting in and out of the lot. read more

I went in there for a big walk but they advertise for $.49 I asked the lady at the counter Where are the cups for the big gulps were she pointed out the cups I grabbed it the only cups that were there said extra large she charge me $1.69 for extra big Gulp I could've gotten three big gulps!!! . Absolutely horrible service I went in there to get a pizza and happy one of the guys working was the cashier I was in the middle of paying for my pizza when some chick walked in in short shorts. Stop helping me right in the middle and help her at the other register and after he was done finished mine. Then if that wasn't bad enough after he put in my pizza I walked around the store when a lady walk-in and paid for a pizza and he gave her mine that was in the oven so I had to wait and extra 20 minutes before finally getting my pizza. When her I had said something to him about me being there before her he didn't say anything in return it was very rude and the worst service I've ever received especially from there because I've been going there for a while now and Rocky the owner is there a night so for him to have somebody so rude working for him is there a unlikely. read more

I put gas and when I went to leave after pumping my tank read low fuel still. When I went inside they basically said it was my car that was messed up, so I went to another gas station put gas and my gas gauge said I had gas well the 2 idiots who work there insisted it was because I didn't put enough gas then the old one started yelling and accusing me of just wanting free gas (yeah that's it) so i suggested they go check out their gas pumps and they refused cause they didn't have time. I'm annoyed and embarrassed guess I won't be going there again!! read more

Ever since they got new owners this place is the best. They have the cleanest and most variety of yummy stuff for you coffee and they always have good deals. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Compared to the other 7-11s in town they just can't compare. I will drive past the other two just to go to this one. read more

Went there on 5/28/16 purchased some things that totaled around $17 i paid with my debit card. Today when i checked my bank transactions I saw that not only did i pay for my purchase but there was also a $100. 00 charge on my card from this place right after.I have never spent $100.00 at a 7-11 in my life. Someone who works there is running a scam and rocky was the one who rang me up. I always liked that guy. I will never use my card at this place again. Its a holiday weekend too so i have to wait until tuesday to get this straightened out with my bank. I do not recommend this place, and i will be reporting this. read more
