I used to live in nearby Roselle so this was my "go to" Walgreens for a long time on my way to the…read more1-9. For quite some time this was a fairly clean and shiny (somewhat new) Walgreens. However, over the years this location has missed a step or two. Items are (seemingly) not restocked as often, shelves could be more organized (it's not a mess, but sometimes you need an extra few moments to find what you need because it may not be where you expect). Also, almost every time I have gone in the past year there is a person outside asking for money. He is not aggressive, but I find it odd that a store would allow someone to become such a permanent fixture without trying to help him out somehow. The one thing I will say for this location is that the staff is always outstanding. This is only one of two Walgreens I have ever been to where employees have actually come up to ME to ask if I needed help. It happens so seldom my brain sort of freezes when it does because it's such an unusual experience! This is not my "go to" Walgreens, but in a pinch this location will do.

I decided to get their sandwich because i was running late and wouldnt have time to stop elsewhere…read more i tried their sandwhich before and it was good. I decided to keep it simple and order a turkey and cheese on a sub. I was expecting the quality of turkey i got last time but i got a dry carved turkey edges and slices with dry bread and cheese. It was a waste of 6.00! it was just nasty!!! I'll stick to the coffee selection. if you must try their sandwiches, toast your bread! They bake the bread enough for it it be toasted. It has a dry but dough like taste to it if its not toasted The workers are lazy so you have to be a little agressive when you want something.
