After walking more than a mile I made it to this 7-11 a couple of weeks ago. It was late at night;…read morehowever, I was felt at ease when I walked in because the store was clean and spotless. The attendant behind the cash register had a face mask on due to COVID-19 and she was training another employee. I ended up being $.29 short of my order, which was beyond frustrating for me. Without hesitation, Sandra (the attendant) reached into her pocket and covered me. She also told the trainee that this was not a normal thing to do. I couldn't believe it. Sandra went above and beyond and set a new bar for customer service. I am so grateful and I now go out of my way to spend money at this 7-11. Thank you so much Sandra and 7-11!

I guess that's why they tell you not to shop on an empty stomach. Anyway, this is a standard 7-11 but I noticed that everything was clean. The nacho prep area was very clean and all the condiments like the onions and peppers were covered and were fresh. It wasn't like all the items had been sitting in there for days. The condiment tray was chilled/refrigerated as well. Everything was well stocked and well displayed as well. Also the lady that rung me up actually smiled as she worked as well as at the register and that's a nice change from some of the other 7-11s run by men. Grumpy faces don't win me over.
