For the 5th star it would take more convenient hours. And if you are heading east on Tarrant Parkway it's kind of tough because the light at the intersection is red for a long time. That causes cars to be backed up and by the time you come out of the parking lot the light is red again. If you need to head North on Beach it's tough because you have to try and cut across 3 lanes on a short distance to get to the turn lane and people generally don't let you pull out. Heading out of the Beach entrance is tough as you can only make a right turn taking you south and and your forced to uturn to go north or to get to Tarrant. As you can imagine getting to this location is all that much easier.
