He promptly responded and then proceeded to fill her order while my sub just sat there. There was another employee helping, who just ignored my order also. all this time I am just waiting to just wrap my sub. I really think this employee was just playing with me here and delaying my order on purpose, so I just requested a refund and went to Chick fil A where I was promptly taken care of. Lesson learned. Don't waste your time at Wawa, go to Chick Fil A. Been here may times in the past but the last couple of times it has been a very bad experience. I will never go back. Good thing is Royal Farms is building a new location very nearby. This will probably put this Wawa out of business.

Obviously I am comparing this to other service stations, not sit down restaurants, but you can't beat Royal Farms for grab and go food. The fried chicken is amazing in all forms. You can get fried chicken boxes, fried chicken sandwiches/subs, fried chicken breakfast items, etc. They also do a good job with deli meat sandwiches and egg breakfast sandwiches. Otherwise it's a pretty standard convenience store with the usual service station grab and go items. They have a good selection of chips and drinks. This particular location is very spacious and has everything you could expect on the shelves. As most Royal Farms in the area, it also has Krispy Kreme donuts that are stocked daily. They are always helpful, polite and professional to everybody coming to the pharmacy. Sometimes I watch (while I'm waiting) and am impressed by their level of patience. I must say that this staff seems new (or should I say, I haven't seen them before). So, I came in and scanned to QR code to check myself in. That' s a game changer. Once I checked in (I was standing in line for awhile before I saw the sign to check in) the pharmacist recognized me and went about preparing my vaccines. I had an appointment for 1510 and was out of there by 1545. That's not to bad. These days nobody has patience (myself included) and there are times when patience is key.

I found that it had a lot of those little things that you'd want to run to the corner store for, but maybe not want to get into a car and schlep to Safeway for: snacks like cookies, chips, sweets, candies. There were also some household staples, drinks, vape stuff, and toiletries. The price for the Tate's cookies I got were the same price as at Safeway. The guy behind the counter said there would be a set-up in the back for sandwiches and coffee in a couple weeks. Hope this venture goes well because I miss those corner bodegas of NYC... Service was friendly. Parking is not great in this part of town, though!
