She continued raising her voice at me and telling me not to cut her off while she barely allowed me to speak. It felt like she specifically came to the front to continue the confrontation rather than just give us our food. I understand being a small business. I understand being busy. But 50 minutes for 6 sandwiches is a long wait, and asking for an update after 40 minutes is reasonable. What was completely unacceptable was an employee following the interaction to the front of the restaurant just to continue arguing with a customer. The wait wasn't what earned the 1-star review.
