The app froze on me various times. I was driving on 99 when the app finally unfroze and my daughter…read morewas able to checkout for our two drinks. I arrived through the drive through 4 minutes before the due time and there were no other cars in front or behind me. The girl told me that I needed to leave and come back later. I asked what the difference was since there were no other cars and it would technically be like me ordering it there at the window. Then a guy jumped in the conversation at the speaker and said it is policy that the mobile orders come in order and even if I'm at the window they won't move it up and there's nothing they can do about my mobile order taking longer than if I just ordered at the drive thru. He told me to leave and come back around later. I asked if I could just wait at the window and wait for my order and that if a car pulled up behind that I would move with no problem. The guy said fine whatever. The guy working there was rude and with attitude and wasn't listening to what I was saying. He insisted that I leave and come back even though there were no other cars. As I was asking how to cancel my order he snapped "through the mobile app" at me and as he was about to tell me a third time to leave, a girl brought over my drinks. I understand "policy" but I wasn't bothering anyone by pulling up to the window and waiting (happily moving if another car showed up) instead when I pulled up, the guy opened the window to argue with me. The man there was unprofessional and rude. The girls there made my drinks well but the customer service from the guy was horrible. I wasn't trying to argue. I just wanted to stay inside my car waiting without wasting additional gas since I saw no one was coming through the drive thru. Instead he ruined my peace and my mood.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Lodi. The coffee is great no matter what you order. The…read moreonly thing I will warn you about is if you want to order the coffee tasting flight, make sure you ask the barista if she knows how to make them. I've had them plenty of times but the lady time I went I was very disappointed and frustrated. I had never in the past had such a bad experience. The barista took our order and then proceeded to take other orders and make theirs before mine. I waited almost AN HOUR for two coffee tasting flights that were absolutely horrible. She then disclosed that she was new and didn't know how to make them. I asked for a refund and left. But overall with the exception of that one terrible experience, it's a great place to sit and enjoy some coffee.

The staff is incredibly joyful and friendly which creates an inviting atmosphere. They have Disney merchandise for sale as well as their own brand of beans. They offered an avocado everything bagel that looked very appetizing but we were in our way to lunch so I had to pass but you shouldn't! The bourbon caramel drizzle had amazing flavor with just a touch of bourbon. The coffee itself was average but the ambiance more than makes up for it. Nice little jaunt from the freeway.

Asked me if I wasn't making the purchase. Of course I was. I wasn't coming in there to just use the bathroom, but then it was trying to fight around to see who was going to help me because one young lady yelled for a lady to help me she was on a break and the other one was busy, but the sunshine came out because someone I knew that worked there helped me write in the flash. His name is Drew Drew. You always been amazing even when I used to serve, you guys guys can come to my store. I wanted to say thank you for your awesome amazing customer service as always can just look at you and see your beautiful smile and and want your service so Bad. The drinks were amazing and you are an amazing person. I hope they see that you bring out the mess in that Starbucks and just wanted to share that it was kind of like I addressed to him. Maybe it wasn't for him. I would've went somewhere else because I didn't like that I pay everywhere. I go not to just use nobody's bathroom and figuring out who's gonna help your customers you want to just help them. You know it doesn't take three or four people to do the drive-through Thank you. I'm a truck driver who stopped at this Starbucks while on the clock and had a restroom emergency…read more Since I'm on the road most of the time, finding a restroom can be tough, so I politely asked the staff if I could use theirs. They told me I had to purchase something first. I explained my situation and asked if I could use the restroom first and then make a purchase right after -- they agreed. When I came back to the counter, I kept my word and asked to buy a water. They told me they can't charge for water and that the cheapest item I could buy was a string cheese for $1.95. I was frustrated but still paid, trying to do the right thing. I then had to wait for them to hand me the water I originally asked for. To make it worse, I couldn't even eat the string cheese because I'm lactose intolerant -- I just bought it to follow their rule. It's disappointing that a big company like Starbucks can't show a little compassion to people on the road, especially when we're just trying to be respectful customers. A little understanding would've gone a long way.
