If I could give this specific 7-Eleven 0 stars, I would. My kids and I stopped in for a Slurpy and some other treats. While I was picking out some ice cream, my 8 year son went and tried to get himself a slurpy. He turned the handle too far to the left and the slurpy came rushing out so hard, it flipped the cup from his hand and made a big mess on the floor and counter. I looked for a sign that gave directions, and it did say to turn handle slowly (but I wish it also said to avoid turning it all the way to the left). I turned the handle slowly, but it still gave a kind of "burp" and came out to fast. The clerk on duty came over and looked really displeased. I apologized and said my son accidentally made this mess, but we couldn't figure out the Slurpy machine. He was upset and said this was the 7th time he had to clean this up today. I again explained what happened and that it was an accident. I also told him a better sign would help avoid this. We continued to pick out some other treats, and the clerk kept following me, being upset about the slurpy mess. I had troubles understanding him because of his thick accent, but eventually I figured out that he wanted me to clean it up. I was ok with cleaning it up, but then one of my sons said we should shop here again. The clerk said that we didn't need to come back. I asked, "Is this how you treat all your customers?" He continued to tell me to clean it up. I did, just to try to be a good role model for my kids. If he had cleaned up from the Slurpy machine 6 times prior to this, then maybe he should do something about that Slurpy machine or, better yet, be nicer when an 8 year old makes a mistake. My parents are locals here, and you can bet they will share my experience and tell all their friends to give their business to someone else. The customer service by the manager/owner is terrible. read more

MOST DISGUSTING BATHROOM I HAVE EVER USED- WOULD NOT USE AGAIN IF THE WORLD WAS ACTUALLY ENDING AND IT WAS MY ONLY CHOICE. The first bathroom was out of toilet paper and paper towels, so I waited for the second to become available horrified at the first option presented to me. Both these bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in well over a year. If even. The bottoms of the sink looked like they were actually molding black. There was graffiti in both bathrooms that hadn't been taken care of, the toilets were covered in shit on the inside of the bowls absolutely everywhere, and I noticed what looked like actual shit smeared on the walls of one. Who runs this establishment? I have been a general manager, I would NEVER let my business have a public restroom that looks like this. My VP would have me fired on the spot. and frankly I would be embarrassed to say I'm the person who runs this 7/11. read more

The 530 am shift guy is so fantastic at customer service. Everytime I stop for coffee there this early they run to the back when I am waiting to pay for my coffee. Today i stood at counter for 3 mins while he decided when i walked in was great time to clean the bathroom. Was behind the counter when i walked in. DO NOT USE THIS 7 ELEVEN BATHROOM!! This was a terrifying experience. I go in there and start engaging in bathroom activities, right? As I am well into my business, I look a few inches in front of me. There is a SPIDER with a body the size of my fingernail. Just chilling there, watching me like some creepy reaper of bathroom death. Of course I can't kill it, I am most occupied with other matters. So he's moving around and I'm hoping he doesn't get near me and my human needs. After exactly 5 minutes of being in there, the lights switch off. Right in the middle of my impending doom. Of course I can't stand up to turn it back on, that would leave a mess most foul! I know I must hurry with all the speed and strength I have in my being. And thus, I do so while having a panic attack about where that little eight legged son of a biscuit may be. I finally finish my neccesary processes and step forward to turn on the light. I did so only to find the little beast on my leg. As I am ready to scream bloody murder because of him, I stop myself with only one thing in mind. If I did, I may be credible to the 7-ELEVEN staff. I stopped here to grab a coffee and granola bar while my husband was next door getting some gear at the Colorado Electric Supply. Crazy long line of workers early on a Monday morning, but after over 10 minutes waiting, almost everyone in the line had walked out because the lone man operating the cash register could not complete a single transaction for some reason. The person in front of me just threw cash on the counter and left. I watched the cashier halfway ring up someone, then turn to the other register and starting ringing up someone else because he couldn't get the card reader to work for the other person. I thought they were going to brawl. Everyone was pissed. Luckily I had a few bills and a bunch of change to pay so I stayed in line. I needed caffeine that bad, apparently. They don't have a functioning french vanilla button on their "cappucino" machine, which, if I'm in a 7-11 for some godawful reason, I am damn sure getting some crappy fake french vanilla sugar coffee water! Another strike. Sooo many other convenience stores that are better than this one. read more

Exceptionally rude and shovanistic Indian male clerk- I was in line well before a guy who walked up. I waited for the guy infont of me to finish - who apparently was with the guy who got online behind me- *seperatly paying for his items. I go to check out when it was my turn and he guy who looked at me, clearly seeing me walked in front of me. I stated I was next and walked up to the counter. The guy leaving had remarks about me and did a wiping action. As I was asking the clerk for something behind then counter the guy who tried to cut in line and the clerk both had rude chuckles and remarks. I told the jerk behind me to just go since he thought he was so much more important and he did- the clerk helped him immediately with no regard of the rudeness under his service. I started walking out as the clerk helped the guy and the clerk finalllllly acknowledged me. I said " oh no, you don't get my patronage and fuck you" I was livid. That was horrible customer service and enabling of the ignorant, rude and shovanistic behavior by the two men. God help the clerk and customers' mothers and females in their lives. The customers then preceded to almost hit me and my car load of people, including children as I backed out first and hey backed out aggressivly , laughing. As the employee/owner ECT- you allow that behavior you are just as wrong if not worse. read more
