I'vebeen coming to this location for yearrrrss (its the one right by the Flower Mound Police Department). Everyday I go to work I stopped at this location particularly because of the atmksphere and the friendly staff. Abbie, the lady working in the morning is wonderful, we always had fun. Everyday I would buy a pack of cigarettes and get some coffee, costed me about $10 (sometimes something to eat/ then itll be $15-$20). This went on for 5 to 6 years, you can do the math of about how much I spent there. Recently I lost my job and was trying to load a Netspend prepaid card to pay my bills since my account was overdrafted. I went there that morning and handed the owner (Armand, have been knowing me the same amount of time that I been going there) my card, and the money to load it up. He loaded it up, so I left to go pay my bill. When I go to pay my electric bill, it was declined for insufficient funds. I went back to see Armand, come to find out my money was loaded on a Net10 account somewhere in the world other than my Netspend card. I to!d him about it, but he said it wasnt his fault and hell call the company to figure it out. I was late in paying my bills and had to wait for heat mind you winter time. Armand called back 3 days later and told me hes been calling, but nothing and that he would call me back the next day. Next day came and went, no calls. Fast forward a month and a half. I went up there to talk to him. He said hell reimburse me out of his own pocket, but after Christmas. I been more then nice to him as a customer, but i told him if I wasnt getting my money back today, I would never step foot in this business again. He denied my money so I walked out. My business for 5-6 years wasnt worth $40 to Armand. I want everybody to know what kind of person you are supporting when you buy something from here. All of the other staff members are good people, but they are following the wrong leader. So now you can find me on down the road at the other 7-Eleven on Old Orchard every morning, $10-$20 each mirning, 5 days a week, 365 days a year. Please do the math Armand, thats a bit more then $40 don't you think? read more
