Tire pressure Air pump doesn't work. They don't tell you that ANYWHERE but they allow you to pay for it. This caused me to not only spend money on it but also deflate my tire to the point it was un drivable. The worker didn't care at all, simply said "oh yeah sometimes it doesn't work". Today I found out that the owner of this 7-Eleven demand Uber drivers to fill up slurpee cups and soda cups with dirty hands because the owner refused to do it for their customers. The owner then said that her hands are also nasty which was shocking for me to hear since she handles the food items in the store. The owner was very sassy and hateful to the delivery driver and picked at her for not knowing how to use the slurpee machine. It was embarrassing to watch her humiliate that elderly woman who was trying to make a decent living for herself. I just wonder if this woman is that mean to everyone who she thinks it's beneath her. She's literally said fill those cups or swipe the cancel button and someone will replace her. The woman filled the cups and said she would finish the order and deliver it because the customer had already been waiting. The driver cared more about the customer than the owner of the store. read more

When I want my Pepsi fill, and I'm on the road, this is one of the places I will go to as I KNOW they will have Pepsi Fountain products (EXCEPT if you're in Canada for some odd reason lol) I would also recommend downloading their app, after x fill ups you get a free drink :) So overall. I have driven past the one 7-Eleven in our little town for twenty years. I've been put off by the clientele I see in the parking lot. But after seeing a show about 7-Eleven recently, I decided to get past my biases and see if their coffee is everything they make it out to be. The store was a lot cleaner and well-maintained than I expected. There were several types of coffee on (someone was even tending to it when I arrived). For a mere $1.49 I walked out with a really great (and hot!) cup of coffee. Maybe I'll grab a bear claw next time. The spell has been broken. read more

I came in to grab a few things and before i can even get close to the cashier to ask to see if there was a mask (knowing its mandatory) bc i didn't have one on me, since i threw it away when i was at another store earlier, the cashier (talking loudly at me to get my attention even tho i was already walking towards him) told me i needed one. I asked if he had one and he told me he didn't have a disposable mask for me and said i can't even grab what i already knew that i needed. No one else in the store and i wouldn't be lingering around. Grab and go. Not good service. Just want to give some advice that maybe you guys should have a box of disposable masks since the guy wouldnt let me even buy what i needed to even though i legit just didn't have another clean mask on me. read more

One of the older ones I've been to, and it shows. At least it's a very spacious parking lot. Closest one to the Silver Reef casino, a nice pit stop to get a slurpee during the hot summer nights. As to be expected, professional, friendly customer service. read more

Alla and his wife run this store they are so nice and helpful so respectful to everyone that walks threw the door. They never have a bad thing to say about anyone. They make you feel as though you are the most important person that will walk through that door. They strive to have a very friendly and helpful staff. It has a good selection of items and is usually well stocked. It's clean and maintained you can tell the staff cares and take pride in there workplace, Which to me is a huge reflection on the owners.
