This is a pretty good 7 Eleven. It is usually quite busy, but the employees are very good at keeping the lines flowing. It is also larger than most 7 Elevens in the area. Bring from Rancho S.D. I have grown to appreciate this location. They have a larger coffee island that is always flowing with piping hot coffee. Wow! This location is disgusting. I attempted to get a coffee and donut but every inch of corner space and shelving with food is riddled with filth. How do they get through inspections? Is the management living in a different state. Yikes. read more

I frequently shop at this location as it's the closest one to my house, but I won't be going here anymore because of how rude one of the employees was. His name tag said "Hermano Mayor" and he couldn't handle the line properly and I needed to do a separate transaction for card and cash and he flipped out and got all frustrated like an angry baby and asked me to leave. The store was really dirty but the customer service was awesome the gentleman at the register was super nice and helpful. I just think that the lady on the floor needed to clean up drink and slurpee area, stock condiments, cups, straws and cup tops and take the trash out. The worst customer service ever,very very rude. 2 different people are working there two different ethnicities but the rudest people ever.

Employees are not attentive. I've had to wait at the register for the longest time by myself on multiple occasions before finding an employee. They give attitude to customers no matter what you're buying. It's just an all around frustrating experience. **Related to COVID-19 times specifically, staff do not wear their masks over their nose and they do not say anything to people who come in with no mask at all despite a large sign on the door saying they require masks. read more

Worst 7 Eleven I have been to. The staff has some serious language barriers. Asked for a dollar coin, got 4 quarters. Upon walking in I noticed one of the employees mopping the floor. The mop bucket was filled with stinky(like poop) water. She continued to spread it around the stores floors. I then went to the ATM and it was out of money. I informed the girl working there (the one mopping stinky water all over the floor.....still) that they may want to put a sign on it stating that it's out of money and she responded "it's not my machine, you can call the number on the bottom" either she doesn't understand English or she is not a very good employee. I come to this 7/11 every day. With COVID happening right now, the threat for catching this virus could be deadly. There is a sign posted on the door, stating that you have to wear a mask. Today, I went in and the boy that was recently hired with the long hair, did not have a mask on. He did not have gloves on, and he was serving food and drink cups. I am sure that that CDC requires food handlers to maintain a certain level of safety precautions. He had his mask thrown on the counter, and served my my items, carelessly. I tried to call the store and speak to a manager, there was not one there. Normally, all of the people that work there are super nice and cautious. Today, however was not the case. I will not be coming back in here until all employees are wearing the masks and gloves to protect US. I gave you 4 start because this is my favorite location. Every time I come here the customer service is awful. Since the Coronavirus, it is expected for all people to wear masks and maintain social distancing, that's the norm, no problem. There's a sign stating you need to wear gloves when handling fountain drink, this is the first 711 in the area I've seen implement the gloves. So whatever, put the gloves on and walked to the counter. I greeted him politely and he didn't say anything; I asked him for a lid and a straw and if I could take the gloves off and he just ignored me and started speaking in Arabic. He rushed me out the door and called the next customer who was approaching me before even finishing my transaction, all while HE wasn't wearing a mask. Very confusing to have workers up your ass, they should be setting an example of what they expect. Finally, as I was trying to get the lid on my soda and leave before the next guy got close to me, I spilled a little bit of my drink. He rolled his eyes and sighed. I apologized and offered to clean it and he continued speaking in Arabic not answering me. I understand the inconvenience but accidents happen. Do not patronize this 7-11. The workers there are pretty much across the board rude. The biggest pile of garbage is Usama. He works at the Shell next door as well, and spreads his horrible attitude at both establishments equally.
