With that said, I argue that it was a necessary addition to have a reason to visit this new little plaza with Subway and the hair place, and it brings business to a previously neglected area of land that was extremely underdeveloped. It has all the normal perks of any 7-Eleven, and while I don't have anything against the other convenience places in the area (all seem pretty good, and very competitive), this one by far has the best parking lot, has the most selection in store, and the best prices. Since 7-Eleven is the largest convenience store nationally, it explains why they have the most amenities in their stores and have the best prices. As said before, this area of Dedham only has a few convenience stores, no big grocery stores which makes 7-Eleven even a more viable option for residents, visitors, or those driving through the area. My highest suggestion is to download the 7-Eleven app for the most savings, frequently they have a "free item" promotion on their too, which I always enjoy. Main point though, you'll be able to get everything you need (and more!) here, and they have the normal 7-Eleven coffee, slurpees, and lots of ready to go lunch options (quick for on the go......). Staff are always friendly and enjoy getting to know their frequent customers. It's also so helpful that the Boston Sunday Globe is always in stock! Right on Route 109 in Dedham by the traffic light at Needham Street. Perfect stop for whatever you may need. 5 stars.

She was so welcoming when I came in the store and she always remembered little details and slowly, and slowly, but surely I got to know her better and I would go in and have coffee or tea and we would talk. She went above and beyond to try to help me with some personal things that we're going on, and she always remembered all the little details about everything and it was very sweet and almost overwhelmingly so because I was not used to anyone being that nice to me. I had been very isolated. Now I see they have breakfast & lunch so I will have to stop in, its been way too long! The selection of items that she has in the store for food drinks and everything is great, very convenient. But the real gem is in the different Pamina, and she always has all sorts of stuff jewelry scarves sometimes she might have clothing, most of it if not all comes from Nepal and it's all handcrafted. This is the kind of stuff you can't just buy at the mall or on Amazon. It's a great place in this great community and I'm so happy that Her business is thriving, and I wanted to make sure to put a post on here to say so much. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth checking out ! 5 STARS

I have been cashed out by the mother aswell, she's a beautiful woman who loves her career and has been very patient with the construction of their new storefront that was build from the ground up. This place is now an apartment building with a liquor store as it's bottom layer. This couple still owns the building and they work very hard with their older son who has always been really friendly. I pray this store is showered in success. I came to this store the most before I got sober. From working out of a moveable crate box to being apart of this new and amazing apartment complex. and I'm so happy to say I won't be back

If buying scratch tickets make sure you check your tickets before you leave the store…read more.. I went in the evening of 12/23/22 to purchase 3 $10 scratch tickets for my children's stockings.. It was very busy and there was a line behind me. John the owner was working.. I asked for 3 $10 scratch tickets (specifically the crossword tickets)... I had recently went to the ATM to get cash out to purchase tickets.. I put 3 $10 bills on the counter and took tickets and put in my purse and left.. It was busy and I was in a rush to get to a Xmas party.. On Christmas Eve when I was putting my children's stockings together I noticed he had given me 3 $5 tickets.... I called and spoke with John on Monday 12/26 explained to him what had happened and that his draw had to be off.. Also I'm 100% sure he has cameras.. He basically said to me his draw wasn't off and that I'm a local so he'll split the loss with me and give me a $5 & $2 tickets... I don't believe a word he said.. I don't care about $15 loss (sorry now $8 according to John)... It the fact I feel scammed and don't want anyone else to be scammed... It also felt to me that this hasn't been the 1st time he's done this to people.. If anything I've learned my lesson... When buying tickets as a gift still check the tickets and don't be so trusting.

The reasons why I liked Victory are the reasons I like the store these days. It's the only "grocery store" I've come across that carries the occasional locally grown produce, and I will shop that Produce department hard until I find where they're hiding those delicious farm-grown tomatoes. Victory used to carry a great selection of grown local produce. But other than tomatoes? It's a trip out to Bridgewater or somewhere else on the edge of the world to find a farm stand. Their rotisserie chicken is pretty tasty, but . . . I have to admit, I lived on Victory's rotisserie chicken all one summer while they carried a Korean BBQ flavor. A little variety here might be nice, just sayin'. I'm not going through every department but, it's especially irksome to consistently get 90% of my shopping list filled here and still have to go to S&S for my cat's preferred brand of litter- it's just not carried here. However, the employees are friendly, so very normal without dragging their personal idiosyncrasies into work for everyone to deal with ( I'm thinking of you, S&S) and if something goes wrong as it did for me this week, the employees will fix it and make it right. And the biggest thing that always stands out for me is that of all the employees I've made chit chat with over the years, people seem to long-time workers and most important of all they speak of how much they like working here. That goes a long way for me when customer-facing workers say that. So it's no Victory and I still have to roundup the loose ends of my shopping lists elsewhere but I like it! The store is clean; no surprises, no giant wins but no giant losses, either. Steady. Almost forgot the donuts! I haven't eaten a donut in 10 years until lately, and they're only from here! Hey, Mr. Big Y, could you just consider carrying Baskin Robbin's ice cream? Do us a solid and save me a trek over to S&S Norwell!

I think his name "Dave" and he is a manager. By far, the best customer service experience I've had. He is attentive to individual needs as he muti tasks from the front service desk to bagging. He is out in the parking lot collecting carriages!! He is patient with less than tech savvy shoppers. The store is ok, the customer service is beyond compare.
