After a 6am run to the airport, (Oct 2025), I was in the mood for fried chicken, of all things. On the way home, I searched for who's open, and this Royal Farm said they opened at 5am! I've had some RoFo chicken disappointments before, but a tip of the hat to Daym, who has mentioned this technique: For the freshest fast-food, go to a place as soon as possible after opening time! I got there around 6:30am, and surprise, they actually had chicken freshly made at that hour! I got just one fried chicken thigh. It was hot and crispy, and the chicken was tender and juicy and flavorful, right up there with the well-known drive-through places. Now I know why folks love their RoFo chicken. Come when they've made a fresh batch! For me, it's now on my "breakfast" list :-)

Royal Farm has…read moresurcharge free ATMs and my bank doesn't charge any fees if I use them so I decided to come to this location. While I was there I picked up and coffee as well. Since I am a RoFo rewards member my coffee was only 1.99 would have been 2.49 at regular price. They have one of those machines that brews the coffee fresh each time. Nice to know it hasn't been sitting all day. Store wasn't busy this morning. They didn't have any cashiers but they have two self service registers. Prices are what you would expect for any convenience store. I have been here on other occasions to grab a beverage or snack. Overall not a bad place so I will return.

I was scared, stressed, and completely out of insulin after another Walgreens closed hours earlier than advertised. Ian spoke to me with such kindness and steadiness. He said, "Miss Walton, let me see if I can help you out," and those words alone calmed me. Then he came back with, "Great news... we've got several extra Lantus pens in inventory." He didn't stop there. He told me he'd try to push it through, and when he returned with, "Great news, Ms. Walton! I was able to push it through for you! We've got you covered," I genuinely felt the weight lift off my chest. People like Ian make all the difference in the world. He turned a crisis into relief with compassion, competence, and heart. After going inside it felt a little to small for my liking. I had to reroute myself several times just to look at items because of the people in here. The two employees working made it feel like anyone that was in the store was interrupting them and we should have just left without anything in our hands. It took a while be be rung up as the guy was having a full on conversation and slowly processing the transaction. What really bothered me was that even after you paid, it felt like they were waiting to accuse you of stealing something. My friends that came with me had already paid and were waiting there for me to finish. As I was going through my transaction they kept looking at my friends, who had already paid, like they wanted to accuse them so badly of stealing what they just paid for. Once I finished my transaction we headed outside and were on our way.

They also include Arirang Hill Deli inside the store. I grabbed a scratch-off (I broke even) and a lottery ticket (money out the window). I also grabbed a snack from the deli. You'll see that they have let the floor look worn down. That's a shame because it's a full clean store with nice staff.

Get Amazon packages 24/7 outside the Waterloo Shell in Columbia MD…read more My 4th nearby Amazon Locker to get deliveries is in the Waterloo Shell gas station. It's a little bit off my regular path, but because this locker is outside, it's available 24/7, which at means I can be driving by any time. This, like the indoor lockers i have used, only keeps a package for 3 days before returning it. (One place with a return "counter" gives you more than a week.) It's quick and easy to use the Amazon app to open the locker and grab your stuff. So far, there's been curbside parking available in front of the locker every time that I've come here.
