The first time I had an issue with her, I asked her where an item was and she just told me if I can't find it in the front they don't have it. My father and I went to store to get some snacks and upon paying I noticed one of the chips bag was open, so I told the woman I was going to exchange it because the bag was open. But the woman yelled back in-front of all the customers that we had opened the bag of chips and ate some. My dad was pretty embarrassed telling the lady if she was serious. So I came back with the chips and my father and I decided to get a pizza so we asked the lady if we could get one pepperoni pizza and the lady started hesitating and told us in a low voice, that there was some customers that had paid some pizzas (4 pizzas were on top of the front pizza heater) but never came back, that if we wanted those for the price of one. I just told her to get me fresh one and make it extra crispy. The lady made a face followed with a "uuuysh" went back and grabbed my pizza from the placed it in the oven. Then she started telling us why couldn't we just buy those pizzas that were already there, that she knew the other customers weren't coming back. When the pizza came out we asked her if she could put in an extra 10 seconds and she said she could t because she does t know if the pizza will burn. (I have always done this at this location and other various locations where they make it extra crunchy/crispy). So we tried telling her other employees had done this in the past but she was just ignoring us and threw my pizza to me (box wasn't even closed properly. The lady started talking loud talking non sense to the point I just my dad we had to leave because it was very embarrassing having all these people around and having this lady talk to use some way. DONT HIRE PEOPLE THAT DONT WANT TO WORK, YOULL HAVE THE SAME OUTCOME HAVING AN EMPLOYEE LIKE THIS AND HAVING YOUR STORE CLOSED.
