I asked a nice lady for help. Her name was Jennifer and approaching the end of her shift. But she took the time to help complete the task with a smile. Customer service has returned and it was a delight interacting with Jennifer. While I'm at it, I find the pharmacy at this location to be more responsive and professional than most. thank you

I drove back to the pharmacy and the cashier said I needed my receipt and they couldn't use my credit card that I used to purchase the prescription. I told them I would go back home to retrieve the receipt. I left and went straight home and came straight back. I returned to CVS at 8:10Pm and was told the pharmacy closed at 8. I was never told they were closing and they were rude when I asked why they had not told me they were closing. I am very disappointed in the customer service as they did not attempt to assist me with alternative options for discounts and not informing me that they were closing in 20 minutes. I would give a zero star if possible.

Then we asked to use the facilities, he wouldn't let us even though we bought hot food here. He said he'd get fined... what? Who in this little roadside country store is going to fine him?
