I stood so very uncomfortably with no one ahead of me while I watched 4 employees either walking around aimlessly with no urgency or doing other things while a line grew like a weed behind me. Then I had other prescriptions to also be filled and was told I couldn't wait for them and I had to come back. I took a bus there. I am livid with how customer service wasn't even present. The employees chatted with each other instead of taking care of customers and their needs. This location unfortunately gives the others a bad rap. I'm changing pharmacies. So incredibly mad.

I found that section in the back of the store but it was very out of stock. Thankfully, the regular "eye" section of this Walgreens had a variety of contact lens solutions to choose from. All of them rather expensive even with the Walgreens "membership" discount. I bought the smallest bottle they had and paid for it quickly. The store is in clean and tidy, laid out the same as other Walgreens I've been to across the USA. Once you're inside, this could be Fort Worth TXX or Berkeley Springs WV or Shelby NC. Very formulaic. That said, quite a few out of stock items that were not on the shelves. [Review 16723 overall - 1450 in Florida - 235 of 2022.]

Buying gas for business requires receipts. No receipts, no reimbursement…read more The new disappearing ink receipt paper is expensive. I imagine that's why it doesn't always get restocked in the gas pumps. Another reason for no receipts , is to boost traffic in the convenience store there. I don't have time for going in and getting in line for a receipt in the hopes of management getting me to buy a Bear Claw while I'm there. I told an employee who was on another job near the pumps, but it didn't change the practice (or should I say lack of practice?) I'LL WILL TRY NOT TO RETURN SINCE i am a member of several "Big Box" businesses that also sell gas. Theirs is cheaper.

It had no refills and they had to call the MD. when I said it's been 6 days. Why didn't you ask when you called for the other ones she replied, "Mam, if you don't stop hollering at me I am going to report you to the board for inappropriate patient behavior." I said, "I am not hollering. I am asking a question. Do you want to hear hollaring?" There was no apology, no admission of perhaps they missed it or possibly made an error, no offer to deliver it. Nothing. I had been out of some of these meds for 3 days and they are needed. Plus I had my dog in the car and the drive up window was broken. I told her that and instead of offering to bring what she had ready out to me, she said to come in to the photo department to pick them up. My dog is 15 1/2 years old. The temperature outside was 91 degrees and she wants me to leave him in the car. How about meeting me at the door and delivering the remaining med tomorrow? This is the second time I've had a major issue with this pharmacy. I'd say it's the last for me, especially when they are violating their own license by allowing folks to go without their prescription medications. No reason for that.

Hello, I'm writing…read moreto report a very concerning experience I had at one of your locations during the overnight hours. I've been a loyal Wawa customer for years, eating at your stores two to three times a week for the last three to four years, and I've never had an issue until this visit. I generally choose Wawa because the food, cleanliness, and service are consistently excellent. During this visit, while placing my order, I observed the overnight employee cleaning counters and surfaces while wearing gloves. Immediately afterward, without changing gloves, she began preparing my food with the same gloves she had used to clean. I politely asked whether gloves should be changed before preparing food, given that she had just been cleaning. She responded that changing gloves was not required and stated that employees can instead wipe their gloves with a wet wipe before preparing food. She then asked if I wanted her to wipe down the gloves before continuing. This response was extremely concerning and frankly unsanitary. Reusing gloves between cleaning tasks and food preparation goes against basic food safety standards. As a result, I chose not to proceed and will not be returning to this location. I wanted to bring this to your attention because this experience does not reflect the standards I associate with Wawa, and it raises serious concerns about food safety practices during overnight shifts. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
