Younger lady with curly hair and glasses was AMAZING and (personally think) he should be demoted or fired and she should have his position once she's well trained by someone with patience and kindness. I witnessed an environment with no safety, peace, communication, kindness, or self control. A humiliation and dictatorship. He rolled his eyes at every costumer and didn't greet them with more than a finger point at where to check out. When i asked how his night was i was met with "TRYING to be good" while giving a very young and new employee a dirty look because she wanted to know how to help clean up. This should be UNACCEPTABLE in ANY work environment and that man should be NO ONES boss, if he is.
