    Tragic pizza incident

I bought two slices of pizza and they gave me two brown bags to hold the slices in... I live close so i rode my bike. As I was riding home the bottom of the bag broke dropping the two slices on the sidewalk! I went back and showed them the pizzas, the bag, and a video of them on the sidewalk and they said they couldn't let me get at least one new slice... I understand they can't give out free food but it's literally 7/11 PIZZA and they had one more slice left that no one was probably gonna be buying... i'm a kid and they could've gave me the one slice that's probably been there all day... they need to have some HUMAN compassion, I understand the rules but as a worker if I got an extra slice it wouldn't effect you AT ALL!

It's a (new to the area) convenience store. Same idea as 7-Eleven or WaWa's. It is connected to a…read moreGulf gas station, so you can come in to fuel up your whip, then grab a hot cup of Joe for the ride. The inside seems clean, but the store still has a bit of an unfinished look to it. I spoke briefly to the gentleman behind the counter who said that the store has been opened about 4 months now. It looks like it's got all the late night essentials going for it, delicacies such as taquito roller food, refrigerated burritos and plenty of other fine dining choices like funyons and cheetoes. Coffee is cheap, just 99 cents for any size cup you prefer. So I guess I'll be working this store into my rotation.

I stopped in to get what i thought was $2.79/gallon gas and the place is beautiful/clean as it…read moreshould be since it's new to the area ( Lake Success ). After paying $40 and then pumping it, I realized that NON-MEMBERS are paying $2.89/gallon and MEMBERS pay the 10 cents/gal cheaper. So i quit pumping at $15 and went inside, got change and asked how to become a member. So...to be a member you must either download the app ( which I do NOT do ) or register the card online and then when getting gas, swipe the card and the amount of gas you take will be deducted from your checking account. This means you MUST connect your checking account to the card/company. You CANNOT pay CASH ( using the card ) UNLESS you want to pay the higher price. It MUST be taken from your checking account ( can't wait to see all the hacking/issues with this ).So, I declined because I felt the price signs were a bit misleading and, more importantly, this is another step towards a cashless society and government knowledge/tracking of our spending habits and ultimately government control of our spending habits/needs. To go along with "Big Bother" and their agenda, is not my style...I see whats coming down the road for us and this is another way to invade our privacy and bank accounts. Pay cash, we're ALL better off. Doing so will show them we're aware of their agenda and cause them to come up with "Plan B"...the longer the delay, the better for us all. Otherwise, the workers were all very nice and the convenience store located inside is very nice with many options of food, snacks and drinks. If the gas prices were easier to understand while driving, I'd give it a 4 star but to me, this is on the line of deceptive price displaying.
