The portion size for herbs is ginormous -- much more for the price than my prior online grocer and even the farmer's market. (In fact, the helpings of chives, dill, sage, and the like, have been so big that I've shared some with my neighbor and still have more than I can use.) Over the months, I've also ordered swordfish, skate, chicken breasts, ground chicken, and ground turkey, and all were good. I also liked the blue cheese and pork sausage, both by itself and as transformed by me into Scotch eggs (really delicious). Some chicken sausage I got seemed less than fresh, but candidly, I'm not sure how long I let them sit before I opened the package, so that could be on me. One week, I got the wrong kind of peas by mistake, but the staff was very helpful in trying to fix the error and I ended up getting a full credit for what I ordered. Bottom line -- I'm a fan. I hope they keep on delivering to my neighborhood.

Pantry staples turned out to be cheaper from Union Market, where NOTHING is cheap. I did appreciate that they use minimal packaging. However, I don't think I'll be ordering again; I'd rather go across the street to Union, where I can select what I buy. If it rots fast, I only have myself to blame.

The inside wasn't spacious, but the staff is always helpful to help locate any items you can't find. The store is neatly organized and clean, provides disinfecting wipes for customer use near the shopping cart and basket area, which allows shoppers to clean cart and basket handles. Unlike some other Whole Foods locations, this one does not have a café, and has a small parking lot. I recommend going off hours on weekdays if you want to get in and out easily and avoid the crowds.

We didn't have any problems finding parking. There is self-checkout if that is your preference. As you probably know, the prices at Whole Foods tend to be on the higher side, but the food quality is usually excellent. For its relatively small size, the store is fairly well stocked. I didn't have a lot of questions but the few that I did have, the employees were friendly and helpful. It goes without saying, look for the sale items, especially if the yellow sticker says "Last Chance", meaning they don't plan to sell that item any longer and this is the rock bottom price. Also, you get an additional 10% off on sale items with an Amazon Prime membership. Finally, I just got a cashback credit card that earns 5X points per dollar on grocery shopping. In summary, with a little patience, there are deals to be had for quality stuff. I think I'm comfortable giving this supermarket a solid 4 stars, and highly recommend it.

I went from being able to eat everything to having an extremely limited diet. After scouring Nassau…read moreCounty for trustworthy, high-quality, consistent health food stores, I realized the best one was right in my backyard. RT has prepared food that is of exceptional quality day in and day out. They don't have the biggest selection of produce, but what they do have is excellent. Take the peppers or scallions for example, and don't forget that with fruit and produce, the eye test is not typically the best test. Grocery stores do all kinds of things to their foods to make them look more appealing, but often the taste doesn't match the appearance or quality. The frozen section at RT is great. They have some hard-to-find Van Leeuwen's flavors as well as non-dairy, vegan, GF ice cream that will scratch your itch for sweets. The bread (in the front by the door) is brought in from a local baker along with the croissants, and if you get them first thing in the morning while still warm, you won't be disappointed. The supplements they carry are all selected and merchandised purposefully. Meaning, there is nothing on their shelves that hasn't been painstakingly considered in terms of quality, environmental impact and sustainability. Ask any of the staff, like Steve or Rose, and they will give you an incredibly detailed overview of the product, the ingredients, and the flavor profile. They are the best! Finally, the prepared food, as I said, is extremely high quality. Unlike so many other restaurants or specialty grocers, you can't always trust the ingredients. The term "spices" or "natural flavors" could be anything. RT, very intentionally, ensures all the ingredients are conveniently listed for each prepared food item. TL;DR This is a top-notch health food store - one of the best on Long Island. So much so, consider it a destination location. I recommend it for prepared foods, shakes, supplements, and certainly your specialty grocery needs. Couple this with meticulously merchandised products, a kind and exceedingly service-oriented staff, and you have a recipe for success.

You can buy everything here at Whole Foods or a normal grocery store for much less money.read more

We were able to get in touch with her ENT who prescribed some medication. However, try finding a pharmacy that will answer the phone and accommodate our needs immediately, not so easy. You see it was 8:00 AM and my mother needed to arrive at the funeral home before 10:30 AM. The ENT Doctor assured us if my mother could get the medication in her system it should start to work and she could be up on her feet in a couple of hours. Now I had to find a pharmacy that would contact the Doctor, fill the prescription and have it ready for me in minutes, basically impossible. So I thought. Well, Town offered the impossible. I called one hour before they opened, only expecting to leave a message. When miraculously, Alan picked up the phone. I explained the situation and received the exact response I wanted but never expected to get. "Give me the Doctors number, get here ASAP, knock on the door because the store will still be closed but I'll have everything ready for you". At 10:15 a.m. my mother was able to walk into the funeral home and say her final goodbye to my father. Thank you Town Pharmacy and Thank you Alan, A Real Life Super Hero.

How is that my wife and I had the exact opposite experience as all these people have had? Well, when the owners of said business decide to sell it two weeks after you enroll your prescriptions. So basically, you can pretty much disregard all of the reviews up until November 2025, as they were posted under Town Pharmacy's previous family-owned front. I don't know who these new guys are, but this place is as hot of a mess as it gets. Nobody currently working here seems to have any idea what they're doing. They consistently get confused. I've called three times asking to have the same two prescriptions refilled and delivered to my home. Each time, nothing was done. In one instance, someone answered and asked me to "Call my doctor to get the ball rolling" while he worked on getting my order. Uhh...isn't that what I just called YOU to do? The venerable icing on the cake was one morning when my wife called to order her insulin. She was told it would be delivered same-day. Gets a callback a little time later: "Sorry, it's too dark out. Someone will come tomorrow." It was 4pm. My wife and I were left speechless. Until, and IF, this place gets its act together, I'd avoid this pharmacy. Already, reluctantly, in the process of moving my scrips to Walgreens.

We stopped by again this afternoon, and as expected, the store was bustling with customers. The store itself is relatively large, spacious, and well-stocked, offering an impressive variety of high-quality products. Although the outdoor parking lot was completely packed, we truly appreciate the convenience of the underground parking garage. My husband dropped me off at the entrance before heading downstairs to park. One of my favorite things about shopping here is their wonderful selection of cheeses! They offer such an impressive variety of specialty cheeses, and I always enjoy browsing through the different selections. Today, we purchased Alp Blossom cheese, which has been one of my personal favorites for quite some time. This unique cheese is beautifully coated with a colorful assortment of edible flowers, giving it a distinctive and visually appealing appearance. Its wonderfully creamy texture, rich flavor, and delicate floral notes make it an especially delightful treat. In fact, I couldn't resist having some as soon as we got home, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite! Despite how crowded the store was, the checkout lines moved surprisingly quickly. We truly appreciated the efficient service and how smoothly everything was running, even during such a busy afternoon.

Several types of salmon: grilled, blackened, sweet ginger, etc with roasted or sweet potatoes and a vegetable like: broccoli, green beans, Brussels sprouts, etc. I chose the grilled salmon with green beans and sweet potatoes. The salmon is very good and cooked perfectly. The vegetables are al dente and I am pleased with that, but the amount of pepper and seasoning was intense. Even the sweet potatoes were overly seasoned. The value is good and the quality is great, so I'll try other things next time. As I was leaving the prepared foods area, butternut squash soup at the soup and salad bar caught my eye, so I made a small portion to go. The soup is sublime!! It got me in the autumn spirit a bit early!
